  An absolutely seamless experience from start to finish. Very friendly drivers and tour guides. The views and experience were phenomenal and well worth the low price. The food options were great and absolutely delecious with so many options. Absolutely a highlight of my trip to Vietnam. So easy to set up the tour, 3 whatsapp messages and we got picked up from out hotel. The payment is in cash, but there are ATM's on arrival at the Harbour before the trip. They speak good English and are incredibly helpful to any request. 10/10

  We were rewarded with a fantastic day, the first of our holiday and it would only get better. We booked our day with Alex from Halong tour and transport Service Company, he explained all the points of interest that would be included in our day. Tony our guide was fantastic and our seafood lunch was beautiful. The cave tour was amazing, the kayaking was exhausting for me and the hike up the up the steps to the top of Ti Top island were awesome. The trip back to port and the end of a highly memorable trip for us to Ha long will leave us with pleasant memories forever. Well done to all from Halong Tour and Transport Service Company, give them a call, you won’t be disappointed. The Griffins and the Madden’s.

  My family booked a Halong Bay cruise including group transportation to Halong Bay and private car to Ninh Binh afterwards. Professional, reliable service at every step. The services come directly from Alex and his brother meaning he was accountable 100%. I would highly recommend especially for custom trips. He takes payment in USD.

  Alex and his team did a fantastic job organising Halong Bay tour. Everything ran smoothly from transfers to the cruise, boat riding and meals. They were responsive, professional and genuinely caring. Highly recommend them for a stress-free and memorable experience in Vietnam!

  We used this tour company for our halong cruise and wow it was amazing....Alex and staff organized everything from pickup/ cruise/ food/ drop.off....they were so attentive to every detail ensuring my family was accommodated for .Our family had a fabulous time making this cruise the highlight of our vietnam tour. The cruise itself was very well organized with informative guides that speak English and assist you with all question. Please don't hesitate to book with Alex and team and you will have a memorable day out.

  We booked a private tour with the company at Halong Bay months ahead of time before our cruise in December. Communication was prompt and good. Made partial payment via credit card and cash on actual day. Mr Duc Tran ensured we get the right time and place to meet, even sending us photos to make sure we get there correctly. Guide was Mya. She was warm and friendly, giving us history of the place, how the vietnamese view their own country, her own feelings growing up and her work before she became a tour guide, providing us an insight to their culture, history and personal life.
