  Had seen this company advertise thru Groupon, went on their website to check them out and found some click frenzy deals. Tammy became our agent after booking. Wow what customer service did we get. She organisec everything we needed including Visas. Whilst international airfares were not included in the incredible price, she did offer to look after for us.i did it myself with no issues. I liked the fact that this was not a group tour where you were rushed around ( except for Ba Na hills) it was more like a they booked everything and you got picked up and had a few spare days to either get them to arrange things or you do it thru other apps. 4 star hotels were amazing , although I would suggest you try and get them to Book at Eden Star rather than Harmony in Ho Chi Minh. Thank you Tammy for all your help and hospitality. Family of 3.

  I got this FABULOUS Trip through this company for four of us!! We went in November 2023 and took the 4 stars but it was more like 5 stars! Everything is included apart from international flights and a few meals....it's way too cheap! If you get these deal, please do lots of tipping whilst you're over there!! You will not believe how much these kind & honest Vietnamese people bend over backwards to ensure you have a great time in their country. Alice Nguyen, our tour organizer was constantly in touch with us to make sure all internal flights were checked in etc and even gave us two free dinner tickets to a boat dinner cruise as they were cancelled. This is such a memorable adventure that is a feast for the eyes, soul and heart....loved every second and I'm still bathing in the afterglow ❤ SO cheap for us as well. 😃 I will NEVER forget this trip and would give it 20 stars if I could!!   Amazing customer service, high quality well planned tour that allowed for customisation. 3 accommodation was the best I've ever stayed in anywhere. Could recommend this company more highly!!
