  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars transportation services. The manager Son has provided plan outstanding services, clean and comfy bus with airconditioning, super affordable price and above all honest people . The driver and his assistant were super friendly and helpful. They took me and other passengers from Halong to Hanoi. The best part about the trip that the bus stopped on a local factory where you can buy authentic Vietnamese products and also will drop each and every passenger to their hotel . Highly recommend!!

  I thank Halong Transfer Service for our well -organized vacation and transport service! For our group from Kazakhstan, 11 people were offered a tour in the Halong Bay, as well as moving to Nin Bin and escort in all sightseeing locations. It was very convenient and fast for our company. Many thanks to Alex and our driver for their help and goodwill! We are delighted with places, country and help! We want to return more and we will definitely turn to this company!

  First time travellers to Vietnam. It was very easy to book via website then continued communication through WhatsApp. We have used transport suppliers all over the world and our driver was one of the best. His prompt service and driving skills helped us enjoy a smooth and comfortable ride throughout the 1.75hr drive. His vehicle was clean. I highly recommend!! Peter Rock

  We had a wonderful experience with Halong Transfer Service Company. Communication was quick, detailed, and the owner even provided a photo of the car and license plate that would be picking us up in Hanoi for our transfer to Halong Bay. We were so impressed we chose to use his company for our return trip to Hanoi. He met us at our hotel in Halong for payment and to introduce us to the driver for the trip back. We were provided water for the ride, we stopped halfway for a bathroom break, and both cars were super clean.   We had an amazing day touring Halong bay on a day cruise . The cruise was super clean and had a fancy jacuzzi, a bar , a terrace deck . A big thank you to Tony for looking after us and we will be planning our other Destinations around the area with him ..

  I fully recommend to use Halong Transfer Service Company. Their communication from the begining was very great and we could change a pick-up time / itinerary before our trip. A driver was really nice. He modified our way to a final destination to find ATM which we needed. I honestly use the company again when we will be in Vietnam next time. Great communication and service!!!!

  Mr Alex and Hannah were so helpful to assist us with our evening cruise. Also got some great food tips and eventually made it to eat delicious Bun Cha ❤️ Easy to communicate with and arrange things on time. Highly recommend.
