  Nice and well organized cruise on the Bai tu long Bai, a real recommendation if you want to get away from busy Vietnam and relax on the water.

  Fabulous overnight cruise in Bai Tu Long bay, close to Halong bay. The staff could not have been more helpful. The food was fresh and delicious and the rooms very comfortable. Other activities included a kayak trip from the boat, and a visit to some beautiful caves. Added bonus was a great magician on board who entertained us at dinner.

  Oh the absolute highlight of our trip so far. We did the 3 day 2 night cruise and had the services of 2 guides - Mike and Sunday - awesome guys - they were funny entertaining and were there 24/7 to sort out any problems you might have. The AC wasnt working in our cabin and they hunted down fans and gave us the option of moving to another cabin. It was sorted the next day. The staff on the cruise again were fanstastic our waiter Nam really looked after us. We misheard the times of breakfast and turned up as they were packing away but he had put aside food for us. The food and drinks were excellent and it was just fantastic. We only did the cave excursion as we just wanted to relax and chill. Definately would highly recommend.

  We booked the 2D1N cruise to Ba Tu Long Bay through our hotel in Ha Noi. The tour was very well organised, and from the start our highly efficient and professional guide, Sunday, helped us feel at ease and well taken care of. Our cabin was sufficiently spacious for 3 people, and the bathroom looked beautiful with a corner jacuzzi bath (although we did not really use this feature). There was a smell of damp / mold or something a bit off in the room, but otherwise we were quite happy with it. The programme was well thought out, with a mix of activities and quiet time. Sunday delighted us with his magic tricks and a wonderful musical performance on the monochord after dinner. He really went above and beyond to give everyone on board a good time. The staff were really lovely and dedicated. They made every effort to cater for our group's varying dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, and no seafood). In the process, they ended up giving us far too much food. The food was otherwise very good. Overall, this was excellent value for money, and Bai Tu Long was simply spectacular.

  The trip to Bai Tu Long bay with Swan cruise was exceptional. One day cruise may have been a little less time to take in all the beauty surrounding us while enjoying the activities prepared. The fact that Bai Tu Long bay was further away from Halong Bay meant that it wasn’t as crowded while we were anchored for the night and also plenty of space while doing water activities. This also meant there was a more quiet and peaceful atmosphere to take in all the beauty around us. The food on our cruise was also wonderful. Each meal had 6-7 courses minimum and all of them were delicious! They made sure we were well fed and the presentation of each course was beautiful. Sunday, our tour guide was wonderful and full of fun facts and stories. His enthusiastic personality ensured we all participated and enjoyed every activity. He checked in on all of us throughout the day, ensuring everyone was comfortable at all times. I would recommend using this tour company 😊

  We had a day cruise in Bai Tu Long bay with Swan Cruises! Marcus, our guide was funny, happy and helpful with lots of information. We started the cruise after 12 and arrived back around 6pm. We did not take the bus from and to Hanoi as we stayed for few days in Ha Long City. The cruise route was good as not many other boats we saw. Water was clean. Felt very special and unique. After we left port we had lunch, which was vast, with tons of options and courses. We were well fed. Then we had a bit relaxing on the top deck. Soon we arrived to the fishing village where we were taken around by bamboo boat and visited pearl farm. You can buy pearl starting about 1.2m VND. After this we headed to a small island to check out a cave. Than on the way back we had cooking class which is to prepare your own fresh roll, so that was your dinner. Bottled water, welcome drinks were provided as well. Very satisfied with the service and good value for money! Highly recommend it!

  The cruise is age, can't expect spacious room. The triple room come with a single bed and a super single bed which is too small for 3 persons, we request to change, at the end the tour guide managed to arrange for us. Meals served were nice. The tour guides is a plus, he is friendly, helpful and able to speak in English. There were a session teaching how to make the spring roll. Overall it was a nice place to relax.

  5 Star for 1 day, the boat, staff and food! 3 Star is for the 2nd day itinerary. I feel it could be better organised. The fishing village was fun to see and beautiful views. After that we were taken to another area for kayaking to a cave. I couldn't kayak and no option was offered for me to go see the cave that the others went to. When everyone come back 1.5 hours later they all said that the kayaking was so hard and they only got 10mins at the cave and no swimming. (So they were basically kayaking for over 1.25 hour - and it wasn't a relaxed slow kayak, it was a lets get there as quick as we can kayak) The Boat, rooms, and food were really great. Mr Sunday was fantastic. It's a shame about the second day as it didn't reflect quality for experience for me.
