  We had a great time cruising around Ha Long Bay. The transportation, communication and check in was fantastic. We added an extra night to the cruise without any issues. Many daily excursions were available. Kayaking and swimming at caves was great, the meals and staff were amazing. Thank you all for the enjoyable memories. Hi to Mr Binn and Mr Wayzie

  Amazing!!! We chose the "3-Day, 2-Night, explore Ha Long Bay with Au Co Cruise" & it was absolutely amazing! The crew focus on making it a very relaxing & enjoyable time for all passengers from the moment you first check-in at the reception through to the moment you return back to the mainland & wave them goodbye. I recommend doing the 2 Night cruise over the 1 night cruise so that you can get the most out of the experience. Joy, Katie, PC & the rest of the crew excelled in providing an excellent & attentive service to all of the passengers. Our two young teenage boys travelled with us & loved their time on board the cruise & the wonderful sites & activities along the way. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the cruise & returned feeling incredibly relaxed & stress free. I will definitely recommend this cruise to everyone! Thank you. :)

  Well planned tour. Very friendly staff - especially helpful and attentive to our kids. Mr Dan og Mr Elijha were very helpful and attentive throughout the entire trip. In the evening, my son caught an octopus, and the chief cook very quickly prepared it for him so he could taste it. The bar manager was very fast in preparing cocktails and coffee, and did very child-friendly drinks as well. All in all, perfect.

  I couldn’t recommend this experience enough Elijah was a fantastic host and gave a great explanation of what to expect John worked on giving us a very good excursion to the caves when the crowds were low 👍 Mr Bean and his bar staff aim to please , great couple of nights with more food than you could consume Highly recommend Bhaya

  The only thing better than the beautiful views of Ha Long Bay are the attentive and friendly staff on Au Co. John (the cruise manager) and his team are so friendly and accomodating. Could not recommend enough!

  Traveled on the Au Co as part of a large (50+ person) wedding group. Beautiful ship with extremely friendly and caring staff. The kitchen team went out of their way to ensure my partner with multiple food allergies (celiac, oranges, soy, sunflower oil among them) was able to partake in all meals. Highly recommended.

  I very enjoy the chill of boat traveling .good manners and service. Clean room . Beautiful view with ha long . Captain and staff well service. Good experience in ha long boat.only one thing no good is WiFi and no signals
