  We booked an almost last minute cruise with Ivy at Vivu Halong. Her response was super informative and allowed us to make an easy decision to transfer from Ninh Binh to Ha Long Bay overnight and then onto Hanoi. She chose the perfect cruise for us to share with my parents for their wedding anniversary! The transport was seamless and the cruise we were on AIME’E was exceptional. See my review for the cruise there! Ivy was super responsive and friendly and really looked after us communicating and assuring us along the way! I would not hesitate to use these services again and thank you Ivy for creating some really special memories with my family ♥️

  Excellent experience overall. Last-minute booking for the 4-hour on-site tour, responsive and accommodating team. The excursion departed on time, followed the planned itinerary and was led by a very knowledgeable and pleasant guide. The scenery was truly beautiful and the return was perfectly timed to allow me to catch my flight back home without any stress. Everything ran seamlessly. Thank you to the team! I highly recommend this experience.

  Booked our Bai tu lang bay day cruise “ La Muse” by Indochina Junk through Ms Ivy Tran of Vivu Halong who gave better rates than booking directly with the operator. She was very helpful and prompt in answering all questions. The day went perfectly as scheduled with pick up from Hanoi hotel by limousine van. There were just 7 including us on a boat that could carry 35 and the bay was totally without any crowd unlike Halong bay. The visit to a hilltop cave with stalagmites and stalactites, a secluded beach and kayaking were all included. There was even wifi on board.The food was a several course meal and our vegetarian meal request was well catered to. Remember- single use plastic bottles are not allowed on board. Carry metal flasks or buy overpriced cans of water/soft drinks on board.

  It was a great trip to Ninh Binh Trang An ..will be booking Tamcoc and Galaxy cave again with them soon. Our guide Will was very friendly and Minh our coordinator was extremely patient and responsive . Beautiful day spent in Ninh Binh.

  Hii Ivy, We reached safely..we got Very good service on full tour..From airport pickup drop, Ha long bay , Ninh Binh trip…vegetarian food was made available.. transport was on time.. everything was nicely planned. Thanku so much 💕

  The operator is very responsive and organized. Special thanks to Ms. Ivy who has been very helpful, I like the service because, 1. The people are friendly, both Ms. Ivy herself, and the guide to Halongbay (Mr. Thi) also the bus driver 2. The response is fast and communicative 3. The payment method is flexible 4. The service provided is as promised This is the second time I have used Vivu Halong's services for our group to cruise to Halong Bay. My group tour to Halongbay went smoothly. Another thing I like is that when doing activities in Luon Cove, we are free to choose to ride a bamboo boat or play kayaking alone or together with friend we choose. I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars :), keep doing the best Ivy. Highly recommend, hopefully the service provided in the future will remain as good as this.

  Quick and prompt arrangement by Ivy Tran for private transfers between Hai Phong - Ha Long Bay - Hanoi. Vehicle transportation was arranged in under 24 hours despite last minute contact. Excellent service, drivers were good and vehicle was comfortable. Made the journey painless. Price slightly on the higher side but would definitely recommend for anyone interested in private transfers.

  We booked a super last-minute 6-hour Ha Long Bay cruise — literally about an hour beforehand — through Vivu Halong Travel, and they were incredible. Ivy Tran did an outstanding job securing seats for us on the cruise and organising transport back to Hanoi with almost no notice. We’re so grateful! A big thank you as well to Alan, our tour guide on the Indochina Junk boat. Despite the rainy weather, he took such great care of us and even added a special speed-boat ride so we could see parts of Ha Long Bay that aren’t normally included — including one of the King Kong filming locations. Throughout the main cruise, he also made sure we didn’t miss the highlights like the famous fighting cockerels, Titop Island, and Sung Sot Cave. Thank you both, Ivy and Alan, for pulling out all the stops and making our last-minute adventure truly memorable!
