  Great coffee and in-house baked patisserie. Some seating available inside and outside. We enjoyed both the latte and the brioche we had. Recommended stop for coffee lovers.

  Amazing coffee latte and fresh croissants, a nice surprise in Hanoi. The best coffee house in town. Thai owner have traveled extensively in Europe and gained knowledge to open this little jem in Hanoi. They bake their own croissants fresh from morning to night. Highly recommended.

  Amazing café in the Old Quarter. We had a plain, almond and chocolate croissant all of which were perfectly baked and the pairing with a nice hot flat white was perfect. Highly recommended to visit!

  Ordered an iced salted coffee and it was excellent. The balance between the strong Vietnamese coffee and the creamy, slightly salty topping was perfect. Even though I only ordered the coffee, the bakery smells coming from inside were incredible. You could smell the fresh pastries the moment you walked in; definitely tempting enough to come back and try something next time.

  Bakery was incredible, everything is being baked in back where you can see. The almond croissant and Pan Au Chocolat were better than what we ate in Paris. Coffee was our 3rd favorite we had in Hanoi. The service was a bit unfriendly (we only visited once so maybe it depends on the staff there that day) but still timely. Location was very clean, great people watching. Music was all Halsey and pop, would have loved something more local feeling.

  honestly the coffee here is actually quite good, but the service was deeply disappointing. the cashier (a woman with glasses) treated us compared to other customers. She seemed to take issue with the fact that my friends are Vietnamese, and her tone and demeanor changed entirely when speaking to us. she served water to every table and forgot mine, when i asked her she said ok she will, then when i noticed she forgot and i reminded her, guess what? she said it’s for selling 🗯️ High-quality coffee doesn't make up for a lack of basic respect and inclusive service. We won't be returning❗️pls train ur staff

  Unpleasant experience at a café – something to consider before visiting I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience genuinely made me feel disrespected. From the moment we ordered, the manager’s attitude was already quite unfriendly. The way she spoke was abrupt and lacked basic courtesy, which made our group uncomfortable. The peak moment was when we were still sitting at our table, and she said bluntly: “If you’ve finished your drinks, please leave. I need to manage the space for other customers.” The wording and tone felt not only impolite but also disrespectful. In our group, we had a friend from Indonesia. When he tried to buy a bottle of water, the manager still spoke entirely in Vietnamese, with a rather harsh tone, even though it was clear he was not Vietnamese. This made us feel even more unwelcome. I understand that cafés may have their own policies about managing seating. However, the way these policies are communicated and the attitude behind them are what truly shape the customer experience. I hope the café can reflect on its service approach, because professionalism is not only about the product, but also about how customers are treated.

  I rarely post negative reviews and have over 50 posted but needed to share so my fellow tourists don’t get hoodwinked with this place .. Pros: pastry was very good and coffee strong Cons: horrible experience. The most sour cashier with a very poor attitude and a place lacking atmosphere (Hanoi offers so many cool cafes) and this is not one of them. Need to use stools as tables this sit awkward and as you can see from my pic, perhaps better serving of our food would have been preferred. Don’t ruin your holiday by coming to this place. Hanoi offers so much more.
