love how their coffee beans are locally sourced and roasted, egg coffee was especially fragrant when paired and not overtly sweet. also loved their signature bean blends and brought home bags to try the shop space is tiny with only a few stools to sit outside, it’s a great pit stop to enjoy a quick coffee break, its not meant for long stay

Do not miss it. Cau Dat Arabica is a total killer. The best Vn Arabica I have tried in 18 months of Hanoi coffee hopping. The other one (Mai something) is not as balanced. More bold and acidic = more common.

Coffee was one of the strongest we had in Hanoi (and we were here for 7 days). Tried their salted coffee; sweet with a bitter after taste (just how I like it), wonderfully roasted. Definitely a must try.

Excellent coffee. Did the iced espresso and yogurt coffee. Exceptional flavor and nice staff. Sat outside to watch the world go by over two flights. Will not disappoint.

Tried the egg coffee here. Really rich thick egg foam that balances out with the coffee. Felt more like a dessert than a drink. They really know their coffee here.

A compact and charming neighborhood café with just a few seats on the street, otherwise mainly take-away. We tried the egg coffee, which if we identified it correctly was made with dark-roasted robusta brewed through a Vietnamese filter. On top sits a thick whipped cream made from egg yolk, sweetened condensed milk and sugar, creating a rich texture reminiscent of crème anglaise or tiramisu, finished with a light dusting of cocoa. I’d describe it as a very successful morning dessert. 🤠
