  I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is competent and helpful. In our case, there was no problem with early check-in, for which we are very grateful. The hotel’s location is very good, with convenient access to the city center as well as the ferry terminal. I highly recommend it — you definitely won’t be disappointed.

  The hotel location is very good, 2 gentlemen at the front desk are both friendly and very helpful. The room is spacious the bed is comfy, Hot & Shower are amazing, fast Wifi, close to the bank, local food stall etc, everything are superb. I would be going back for my next vacation.

  Update March 2026 : We were in Ha Tien, again, and saw the the hotel has deteriorated quite a bit. There is no nice terrace in front anymore, for drinks, lunch, dinner. We were not inside, but outside the area looked not nice when we walked by. --- A quite new hotel, located at the corner of two streets,  with a large, beautiful terrace in front, opposite the river. The room is rather spacious. 2 Beds 120 cm wide, fairly comfortable with a reasonable quality of sheets and eiderdown, but no lamp on the nightstand. There is a small refrigerator. On top you can find a water boiler, coffee cups, some coffee and tea pads.  It is quiet in the room. Only when there are people in the corridor, passing by and talking, it is hearable. The bathroom is quite narrow. Between the shower and the toilet is a glass separation, for 2-thirds of the length of the bathroom. The bathroom has no drain, water runs around the glass separation to the other side, from there along the toilet to a drain. After showering, the whole bathroom floor is wet. The toilet is from an old model, low and small, so it is a bit uncomfortable for foreigners. Everything is clean. When we needed something extra, towels or pillows, they were brought immediately. There is a small kitchen and a bar for servicing the terrace, but the quality of foods and drinks here is quite poor. Only small dishes are offered. We asked for dish of medium raw beef, so that it would not be tough, but it was almost impossible to cut it with a knife. There is a very good quality Italian espresso machine, but the staff does not know how to use it, only single espresso shots. Mr. Steve (VN: Hung), general manager, who speaks English easily and fluently, is wonderful in the sense of providing service and an enjoyable stay. Furthermore he is willing to receive feedback, asking in details about each comment from the customers. All-in-all 5/5 points for this 2/3-star hotel for Vietnamese, 4/5 for more demanding people like many foreigners.

  Clean, fresh rooms and caring staff. Would have stayed longer, but it was time to leave. Nice cafe in the same building.

  The hotel is in perfect walking distance to really good seafood restaurants and local shops. Also s really short taxi ride to the ferry to phu quoc making it s perfect place to stay in between trips. The staff are extremely helpful and the room was very comfortable. Very nice power showers and free teabags coffee and water in the room. Would stay again

  Our large double room was very comfortable, reasonable space, a good bathroom with great hot water and a comfortable bed. It included a fridge, small desk, a couch and a TV with Netflix. The Wifi was great and air conditioning good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Close to the waterfront, night market and plenty of restaurants.
