Everything fine in this very clean guesthouse. AC, hot water, fan, all working fine. Quit in the night, no mosquitos, good mat race. The staff was so friendly and helpful, so wen will be back, for sure.

Amazing price. Comfy bed. Good AC. Working bathroom with hot water. Hard to complain for the price you’re paying. A bit out of town but if you have transport this place is perfect. Quiet area Staff helped me book a ferry to Phu Quoc along with my bike

Super clean and nice… great staff too! Shower pressure was weak and cold but whatever… really hard to find food around the area but there is a grocery store down the road with lots of locals selling snacks and fruit and a water boiler if you ask the front desk!

A nice, well-maintained hotel with air conditioning and hot water. Comfortable and clean. Rooms with high ceilings. The location is just five minutes from the ferry and the bus station. One room had some sewer smell, then I asked to change the room, so my experience was fine.

Quite far from the proper. Tried to order food via Grab but it says "out of delivery area". So I suggest you bring food or snacks before coming back on the hotel at night.

A local Guesthouse, basic bit nice and clean room. The bathroom got a bit of a strange setup, but its workable. Reasonable priced, good location and good parking makes Sao Mai a good place to rest for the night

In spite of being kind, polite and soft-spoken, the owner of this hotel was rude and hostile towards me the entire time I stayed there. They hate foreigners, and don't mind expressing their disdain. Unless you're from Vietnam, don't stay here.
