  Lovely clean rooms with comfy beds in a quiet area. There are a couple of goof places within walking distance to eat and drink.

  Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Walking distance to the town/market/cafe/restaurants (about 20 minutes walk) safe storage for our 2 bicycles.

  Clean, bright, modern and comfortable hotel. Run by very friendly ladies that assist with your questions. 15 min walk to the center but there are restaurants and cafes nearby if you don't want to walk until the city center. Really enjoyed our stay and the quiet night! Highly recommend if you stay in Ha Tien.

  We had a lovely stay at Sele House. The house is very clean, cute, and well laid out, with three comfortable bedrooms. The location is great—within easy walking distance to town and very close to the fun night market, which we really enjoyed. The host was incredibly helpful and kind, assisting us with ferry tickets and giving excellent recommendations for restaurants and nearby grocery stores, which made our stay much easier. If I were to suggest a couple of small improvements, it would be to switch the bedding sheets to cotton for added comfort, and to add a few more spoons and bowls to the kitchen. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommended.

  Nice newish clean and quiet little hotel close to most amenities (waterfront, new night market, downtown market, cafés and restaurants). Comfortable bed and linen, cold fridge, silent aircon, spacious shower, and most importantly welcoming english-speaking owner surrounded by polite and helpful staff. Excellent price point for services advertised and delivered.

  Cute, quiet, clean, comfortable, and a great value. This place is within walking distance of the night market and many restaurants and shops. The AC works great - we got a room in the back so the bird calls were not an issue. Definitely recommended.

  After looking at a couple of places in town we were happy to stay here as the place is newer and was clean and comfortable.|Nice room with a balcony and opening doors. |The bathroom is basic but plenty of room.|There is not much around the hotel, it seems like a new area that has t taken off. We walked to the night market that was a little sad as many stalls were empty and not many people there |There are some restaurants along the waterfront along from the night market that are good |We would stay again, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
