  I love this hotel, these staffs are friendly, well services (they have a small coffee side inside the hotel and beside the pool). Their room has a morden style with full facilities. I especially like the lock of the door, it was the card identify locker. The view from my room was on the 3rd floor, the highest floor of the hotel, you can see the night market, some sort of see view and mountains ☺.But i dont like the fridge, it was a automatic on/off fridge after few minutes. So it couldnt freeze my yogurt 🥺, and i can tell that it was a cooler, not a fridge at all.

  Modern rooms with a rooftop swimming pool create a truly relaxing and chill atmosphere. The restaurant serves delicious Asian cuisine, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. For me, while traveling between Phú Quốc and Phnom Penh, this will always be a wonderful stopover whenever I visit Ha Tien..

  I stayed at the Sunrise Hotel on the recommendation of Lily at DiveZone and who could not have been more right! The service at the Sunrise was excellent, the best I received during a month in Vietnam. Upon check-in they purchased a ferry ticket for me and arranged transportation the next morning. Upon return, they stored a bag for me and arrange a taxi for me to my next destination. My only regret is I didn't stay longer than one night, next time. Thank you guys for everything!

  Had a great stay at this hotel in our 1-night stay in Ha Tien. The hotel staff is very friendly and service minded. Check out the roof top pool with a great view.

  Not the most central place, but if you're not doing much and don't mind using taxi to get by, it's a good place to relax. Staff did not speak English but did their best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

  The staff at the hotel and the manager were very friendly and a pleasure to meet.  The facilities are clean and modern, so I extended my stay from 2 to 4 nights.  Unfortunately at 4 AM on my third night, TEN BUSES with 500 SCREAMING TOURISTS arrived outside my window, and the noise pollution continued until 9 AM, THREE HOURS.  They operate a banquet facility for tour operators without regard for their sleeping guests comfort.  If you don't mind being woken at 4 AM, book a hotel near the fish market for 200,000 and save yourself 1,000,000 vnd per night.  When you are a premium hotel and charging guests a premium price, you need to deliver premium service to your guests.  This hotel sacrifices guest comfort to cater to their banquet clientele.  What is the number one reason why someone books a hotel?  Sleep!  If you cannot offer guests quality sleep, you don't belong in the premium hotel business.  I won't return.

  The hotel is modern with all necessary facilities. We liked very much our room with a balcony - modern with comfortable beds. The bathroom is small but has all you need with a shower. The pool on the 4th floor is really super nice and we enjoyed it a lot - you have a beautiful view over the small city and the sea - sunset or sunrise, you can meet it there. The water was warm and enjoyable. The breakfast in the restaurant was very good as well and the staff friendly and accommodating.
