A pleasant surprise. Impeccably clean, very comfy bed, I finally could get a good night of sleep. Nice warm shower. Asian-style breakfast is served from 6 until 9am, there is a good variety of food. The hotel has a pool on the top floor!

This is one of those huge Chines style hotels. They tend to be generic, which is also the case here. This meant in a positive way. They all look/ feel similar, but they have a very good quality/price balance. Also the rooms are very nice and clean. The overall feeling of the hotel is better than those in the same range. Very friendly staff. Helped us arrange our bus tickets to our next destination.

-Typical Chinese-style hotel with modern/standard business rooms, ie correct but a bit sad. -good location close to markets and sea -no western option for breakfast. -overall good value for money

Overall, i think it’s a good hotel to stay in. Theres a night market beside it, so its fun to be around. the room is really nice and clean. The gym looks ok to me even though the equipment is not ready to use yet. I havent had the chance to use the pool yet, so no comment on that. There’s one thing i hope they change a bit is the food. I wish it could be more traditional food from the local and wider types of food at breakfast.

Worst hotel experience in a very long time… Very very very noisy hotel, couldn’t sleep, no sound insulation at all. Our room window was directly views the garage. Not the parking, the garage… it means all night sounds of cars starting or arriving, or the mechanic door opening or closing. We asked for another room, the receptionist said she would check what she could do, but we never heard from her again. Shower was pretty much cold. Breakfast was only Asian style, fortunately could have some fruits. Staff at the breakfast were more or less sleeping on the tables or on their phones. The whole city has been turned into a big birds nest so it’s extremely noisy during the day and the night.

Is Ha Tien worth a visit? Not sure; but if you end up here overnight because of a Mekong tour, a Phú Quốc ferry, a business trip or an overnight travel from Cambodia there is literally no option rather than Visuha. It is relatively new and therefore implacably clean; which is rare in rural vietnam. ||1. Checkin: friendly; challenged with English but efficient and ok. |2. Room: relatively large, rather modern and implacably clean. A/C good and the sleep was good. Other people mentioned the “birds nest houses” to bother them. I haven’t heard a single one. |3. Pool: rather don’t go there. One reviewer expressed her disappointment that the pool was not open when they came; I say: feel lucky. No sun beds, not sure the water was cleaned one or rather two weeks ago. |4. Breakfast: no one goes to these places for breakfast anyway but this was really bad. There were only very little rooms taken so no buffet only a la card. Which is ok but the options and their outcome were disappointing. I had a local soup full of sugar. |5. Location is Perfect. Their restaurant is closed for dinners so you have to take the options around. And those are good, local, very local indeed, but taste wise very good. Bring mosquito spray (as everywhere in the Mekong delta). ||I write many not so positive things but you go to Ha Tien for a reason and that is not the hotel and neither the city (I hope). It’s the fantastic surroundings and the Mekong. There is literally no better option than this hotel and that’s ok. Because for a night in Ha Tien it is the perfect place.

Pleasant and efficient clerk, clean rooms equipped with refrigerator, many electrical outlets. Wall mounted air conditioner control. Abundant counter space. Some view of the street.||No shower curtain so the shower water goes all over the floor. In the morning no hot water although I let it run a long time.||Their Agoda listing says they have massages. They don't. In fact, there is no place in the city that offers massages, except for foot massages and facials. It was a huge disappointment.
