  Very good value for money. Room spacious and clean, with fridge, air conditioning, fan and toilet. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. Common areas are clean everyday, WiFi works fine and there's parking for motorbikes.

  Nice and friendly staff who do everything through Google translate. Cheap water from the reception. Rooms are basic. There is a lot of noise. The air con barely works. The fan sounds like it's trying to take off into space. 3 stars because we wanted to book a 35 seat coach with air con for our 5 hour trip. We showed them the company and the bus and the price and the website and the times to leave. They said they booked and we would be taken to the bus station in the morning. In the morning, half an hour late, what appeared to be one of their mates turned up in a small minivan and we got bundled in quickly. We assumed this was taking us to the bus station as promised the day before but no, this hot, cramped old car was our transport the whole way. Oh, and it was more expensive than the coach we wanted.
