  quiet a good port. i bought my ticket to Phu Quoc (locally pronounced: foo wok) With Phu Quoc Express and paid only 216k vnd. watch carefully your ticket as it has seat number. you need to show your passport to purchase the ticket. The ferry is comfortable and pretty fast too.

  Simple and easy to communicate and purchase tickets. The staffs were friendly with the services, quite helpful and informative. Theres 2 different companies, make sure to check. There's no aircon inside the waiting area and can be quite hot. Only 2 fans turned on and nothing outside area. Chairs on the boat were comfortable, they sell snacks and drinks on board, wc also accessible.

  For visitors from Cambodia headed to Phu Quoc, catch a tuk tuk from Kep to the Vietnamese border, another tuk tuk to Ha Tien and this ferry to Phu Quoc. It is the easiest and most reasonably priced way to go, in my opinion. The ferry port is clean and while not spacious by any stretch, is more than adequate. I recommend waiting on the deck side near the river as opposed to inside the building. There are a couple of very simple places across the street for food and drinks. A bit pricey but acceptable in a hunger emergency 😁. The ferries are fairly frequent so you will probably not wait more than an hour. Bathroom facilities are acceptable, as well. Pro Tip: Ask the ticket staff for the WiFi information and they will set you up. Or just enjoy the river traffic.

  Small parking area, have only 1 toilet but dirty.. the road to this place is not completely construct at some parts

  Horrible experience at the ha tien booth. She kept on looking at her phone. I showed my voucher and she didnt give me a ticket. She didnt share any boarding information. She couldnt care less. I do not recommend these services at all.
