  After we weren't able to cross the border because it took too long, they helped us by letting us sleep in their homestays. They even provided us with a new bus and helped us along the way! Would recommend

  the best travel service I have ever used and Kiet is the best driver - for context, helped us out when my friend got stuck on the other side of the border and picked us up for no additional charge. Would recommend to anyone.

  Excellent service. The bus driver was absolutely outstanding. He drove our small group from Ha Tien to the Vietnam–Cambodia border, but we ran into an unexpected problem at immigration and ended up waiting around three hours. He waited with us the whole time, and when it became clear we wouldn’t be able to cross, he safely took us back to Ha Tien town. The next morning at 6am he drove us to the border, and made sure we got through successfully. With help from the border staff on both sides, we crossed into Cambodia without any issues. The driver was young, professional, calm under pressure, and genuinely looked after us. Exceptional service — highly recommended.

  We booked a transfer from Ha Tien to Kampot via 12Go. Everything went smoothly. Although our booking indicated a 15:00 departure, we were informed at check-in that we would actually leave at 15:30. Not a big deal, there’s a nice riverside café just in front. We took a first minibus to the border, which took about 30 minutes. Our friendly driver accompanied us through the Vietnamese border exit and showed us a photo of the van that would be waiting for us on the Cambodian side. We then walked through Cambodian passport control, got our visa on arrival ($37 per person) fairly quickly, and met our new driver on the other side. He drove us to Kampot and kindly dropped us off at our hotel 🙌 Thank you!

  The office staff were helpful and friendly but the young driver who does the shuttle to the bus depot needs to get another job . He appears to not like the customers. We are two elderly travellers and he was rude and reluctant to help us with our bags.

  They let you wait for hours at their office. After you crossed the border they book the next available bus tickets. We had to wait 4 hours and should have arrived at 1 a.m in Ho-Chi-Minh but we arrived more than 2 hours later and had to change the vehicle 4 times. They also guaranteed us a taxi to the accommodation but nobody cared. At the bus station they just dropped off our stuff and left.

  We paid a van and got a 15 Seater mini bus with nearly no aircondition. And on the way we stopped for 10 minutes to take building material on board. I am very disappointed about the subcontractors selected by Mekong travel Hatien. Never ever again. The story continues. In Kampot we were chased out of the bus and started to wait. 30 minutes in a disgusting place to get onto another 12 seat bus with very very small seats. More uncomfortable you can not travel. No aircondition!

  Very bad experience. After we had border problems due to Internet shutdown we had to wait for 1 hr past the border in the sun, then another ~2.5 hrs for next bus Even though there were other busses leaving for the destination. At the end I arrived to my destination in the middle of the night with no Sim card and nowhere to go to. Instead of taking us to the bus station or talk to the Cambodian agency and someone will pay for bus of another company to take us, we were taken to the agency and didn't have any choice but to waste time and wait to the evening. We paid much more than the cost of the bus so that stuff like. That will. Not happend, but when the actual bad thing happens there's no help... What a waste of momey
