  Trip from Kep/Cambodia to Phu Quoc/Vietnam. Very well organized and excellent service at the border; the journey went according to plan. The vehicle was well-maintained, the service was easily accessible, and the driver was helpful. I highly recommend it!

  I had an amazing experience with this company last week. As a lone female traveler (& not so young any more) I was not exactly looking forward to the hassle of the border crossing. I had booked travel to Phu Quoc from Kampot through this company. I crossed through the border posts to the Vietnam side & was walking to the cafe to wait for the mini bus when Si approached me. Having confirmed that I was indeed going for the ferry by mini bus he took me over to his car & personally drove me to the ferry port, where he had arranged for me to catch an earlier boat. I was totally amazed at this personal service & felt as though I was a VIP! I was so impressed with this level of service as it was totally unexpected & to be honest doesn't often happen these days It got even more impressive when I was back at the border on the Vietnamese side a few days later. Si appeared again as if from nowhere, as I was walking to the Vietnam border post & he greeted me like a friend. . . (Sorry, Si, that I didn't at first recognize you! I wasn't expecting to see you there & to again be the recipient of your assistance.) . . . Si then accompanied me the whole way & facilitated my passage over both the Vietnamese & Cambodian borders, all the while also helping others who had booked with his company. What a refreshing change to find someone so helpful & also so personable. Si made both my border crossings so much easier, faster & more comfortable than I ever expected them to be. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone travelling in the area. Thank you so much, Si, for such a pleasant experience. The best travel service experience I have ever had in decades of travel.

  This service is literally the BEST in the business. Exceptional service! I’ve been on many visa runs and as someone who has chronic pain struggles with walking and sitting I hate these trips. This was the first time everything went smoothly and I was even a day late due to the office being close as I was not aware and Si made it as easy as possible. He also is a very good person to talk to and spend time with while you wait. The waiting time was 3 hours and it was one. I went home feeling better than I have in a visa run. Choose Si for all your visa requirements!! He won’t let you down !!

  I used this service to travel from Kampot to Phu Quoc. The communication was excellent regarding times, pick-up points and issuing of electronic tickets. The journey ran like like clockwork, well-organised and professional, also the instructions regarding border crossings were clear and helpful. In particular, the head of operations, Oscar was outstanding. There in person at the border to assist with any delays or complications, available by WhatsApp to deal with any concerns or queries and providing relevant information the day before travel, so you knew you were in good hands. This is a very well-run outfit and I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to undertake this journey.

  I contacted Ha Tien Xanh Travel via Whatsapp, to get a ride from Ha tien to Phnom Penh. They responded quickly and were helpful. The shuttle in Ha Tien and the one in Cambodia right after the check point had my picture so they could recognize me easily. The service was very efficient and every transfer went smoothly, even if the drivers didn't speak english.

  I had a great experience with this travel agency for bus tickets from Ha Tien to Cambodia and back. Đổ Văn Sĩ was always responsive and very helpful, especially when I needed assistance purchasing the return ticket. Communication was clear and quick, which made the whole process stress-free. The bus arrived on time and the trip went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone traveling between Vietnam and Cambodia

  Very good company, traveled from Phu Quoc to Kampot, very organised, on time, friendly,good English and very thorough with instructions and excellent communication on either side of the border. Very happy,will use them again and I recommend if you want a hassle free border crossing

  Easy transfer to Cambodia (Kampot). $9 ea. Picked up from the ferry (next to the office), using a photo that asked us to send them to identify us easily. One minibus to the border. Photo taken of us. Have to walk the 600m across the 7x checkpoints with your bags. Took about 45 mins, incl getting a Cambodian visa. Then you wait briefly at a cafe for a different minibus, who has your photo to prove who he is (lots of taxis trying to get you in their cars/minibuses). The driver might drop you off at your hotel if you pass nearby, or use the Grab app to get a tuktuk from the drop off point to your hotel for ~$1. Defo get the Grab app which is very fast and efficient throughout Cambodia (have never waited more than 4 minutes, even in areas out of towns). V cheap and avoids getting ripped off. Get the Cambodian eVisa in advance if you want to try and avoid getting scammed for the extra $10 ‘admin’ fee (good luck !) by the police. Also some of us had to pay $1 ‘health check’ fee.
