  Great bar linked to a hotel. Lovely, helpful staff, good food and nice, cold beer. Hotel prices, but entirely reasonable.

  Was looking for a place with American style food and vibe. This hotel/restaurant did not disappoint. Really good burger and pizza and first place in Vietnam I found draft beer. Service was friendly and fast. Definitely recommend!!

  Steak nights Tuesday and Thursday are a highlight as Cheers Pub REALLY know how to cook a great steak. Wood fired pizza is also commendable. One mystery is how a place that gets steak and pizza so right, manages to present such a hopeless garlic bread. Avoid the garlic bread disappointment and you'll have an excellent quality, great value meal at Cheers.

  This is probably the best upmarket bar for expats in Hai Phong. Great for networking. Good place to chill after a hard day. Food is very good with a large menu. A little bit more expensive than other local pubs but that is to be expected.
