  Prachtige locatie bij een rustige baai net buiten Cat Ba. Omdat het nog een beetje ‘onontdekt’ is, oogt het rondom strand wat vervallen en rommelig. Wat nieuw is gebouwd, heeft daarentegen een mooie uitstraling en het eten bij Say Bistro & Bar is echt heerlijk. We hebben vooral genoten van de overheerlijke Bánh mì en verfrissende smoothies. Ook de prijzen zijn heel erg redelijk. De ligbedjes zijn niet allemaal even netjes meer, daar valt nog wel winst te behalen. Maar voor wie houdt van rust en geen ‘Ibiza vibe’ is dit al met al absoluut een ‘hidden gem’… ;)

  A beautifully relaxed beach bar with delicious food, excellent drinks, and incredibly friendly staff. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, making it easy to unwind. There are also games available, so there’s never a dull moment. On top of that, you get a stunning view of the ocean in the background, which makes the whole experience even better.

  Good food, cheap beer (30k for draught) and amazing views of the beach, what more could you want? They have sun loungers available for hire if you need some shade, or you can relax on the outdoor seating at the bar

  ABSOLUTE SCAM We were interested in going on the jet ski, 2 people on 1. They said it was 1mil, but in the end we paid 700,000 for "10 minutes on a jetski" - It wasn't 10, it was barely 5 minutes (I was wearing a watch), after waiting well over half an hour for them to set it up. When we finally got on, the guy with us continually aggressively yelled at us, while leaning heavily onto me squishing me and yelling in my ear. I ended up jumping off and swimming back in to shore because I was so uncomfortable. He then wanted to bully my partner to go in (after literally like 3 minutes), but he didn't back down and they went out for another few minutes. It was an awful experience, not to mention when we got back to our hotel, reception told us it shouldn't have cost more than 100k. We also paid 100k to use 2 beds, that were kinda broken and covered in other people's trash and spilt drinks, and the beach was also very dirty - the first thing I saw when approaching the water was a used menstrual pad. I had to shower, which was also paid, and not even a shower, just a plastic hose! The ladies at the bar were nice and the drinks were alright, but if you know what's good for you, go somewhere else. And do not try jetskiing here, even for 100k.
