  Pro nás to bylo příjemné zakončení návštěvy města. Fingermeal bylo moc dobré a výběr nápojů také. Nádherný výhled a toaleta která pobavila.

  Very cool spot to have a great view over the city of Hai Phong! We went here for drinks in the evening and they were really good. Prices are absolutely fair for this location and the service was one of the best we had in Vietnam so far.

  Wonderful location!! Coming here during sunset would be the best. The view from here is amazing. Service wss also very friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied with the recommendation I got for my drink. If you order their fingerfood though, dont expect everything to taste like in europe, its not quite there yet, bit I can definitely recommend the fried. These were pretty tasty and crispy.

  It was very difficult to find a good bar in Haiphong, I found it! Beautiful bar Up & Above with a gorgeous view of the city, 31st floor, the best view I've seen in Haiphong, friendly staff, delicious food, and the cocktails are made at a high level! The best place in Haiphong!

  Amazing rooftop bar with one of the best views in Hai Phong. The nighttime skyline, harbor, and colorful bridge lights are absolutely stunning. The venue is modern, stylish, and perfect for drinks with friends or a romantic evening. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the city from above! It’s on the 31st floor of Pullman hotel.

  Discovered this bar while staying here at the pullman hai phong, and its a real find. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and the bar staff Mr Hoang Anh, Ms Hanh, Ms Duong and Ms Phuong are so lovely. The cocktails are great especially the cute little bathtub one very quirky highly recommend this place

  去到一个城市，选择当地最高点俯瞰整座城市是一个快递了解这座城市的一个捷径。 在海防，选择Pullman 32层的rooftop bar可以算是一个机会。 开放式的环境让人很容易就放松下来，酒水做的也很国际化，噱头到位。浴缸造型靠花瓣点缀，一下子就好比感受到泡泡浴的休闲时光。 「The Florists」偏淡且酒精味不重，自带拍照属性。值得推荐，而且同款浴缸酒器在淘宝上居然搜不到同款，佩服老权的采购力。

  I came with my kids and was told they were not allowed to enter. What made this unacceptable is that several Western (Tây) customers before us were clearly allowed to bring their kids in without any issue. No clear policy was explained, and the decision felt completely inconsistent and discriminatory. If there is a “no kids” rule, it should apply to everyone, not selectively based on who you are. This kind of treatment is unfair and very disappointing. I hope management reflects on how customers are treated and applies rules equally to all.
