  Very aesthetic and modern cafe. Staff can speak english. Clean place and relaxing. They have wifi. Price is fair. Good food. Will come back to this place. 🫶🏻

  loveeee this place! we were just walking about when we came across it. we were pulled to walk in because of its aesthetics but its so much more than that! the staff were so nice and helpful. the one at the cashier explained really detailed for us who are coffe noobs 😂 also, if anyone is worried about language barrier, worry not! they speak perfect english. definitely recommended!

  One of my favorite coffee shops I visited in Hanoi! The vibes were the best and every drink tasted great. Plus the sourdough pastries were delicious! Went here twice during my vacation. Would highly recommend. The barista hue was so kind to us.

  I visited Every Half Coffee Roasters on Phố Chả Cá on a calm morning in Hanoi and it quickly became one of my favorite coffee spots in the area. The space is bright and modern but still warm, with lots of natural light and a relaxed feel. It is the kind of place where locals work on laptops, friends chat over drinks, and travelers take a break from walking the Old Quarter. The coffee here is the main attraction and it does not disappoint. All the beans are roasted in-house and the flavor is rich and layered without being bitter or harsh. I tried both an espresso and a pour-over. The espresso was smooth with a nice crema and the pour-over brought out subtle fruity and floral notes that made every sip interesting. The iced coffee is also excellent, refreshing without losing any flavor. The snacks and pastries are simple but well made. Croissants were fresh and buttery, and the banana bread was moist and lightly sweet. They pair perfectly with the coffee and make it easy to linger a while. The staff are friendly and helpful. They will gladly explain the differences between beans and brewing methods or recommend something based on your taste. Drinks come out quickly even when the cafe is busy and everything feels unhurried. Every Half Coffee Roasters is a place to enjoy quality coffee in a comfortable space. It is great for a morning boost or a quiet afternoon break in Hanoi.

  nice place for a breakfast !! all is good and u can seat upstairs looking the view of the Hanoi traffic jam. Staff so kindly and some gift 🎁 for customers

  Fast service, fine drinks and good staff. However, the atmosphere is quite hot and uncomfortable. Menu is various with many kinds of beverages and they also share the meanings behind of the drinks. The stores also features many cafe bags as gift souvenirs. Interesting!
