  As a complete beginner to pilates, Bloom has been the perfect place to start. The studio has a relaxed and cosy vibe that puts you at ease. I started with the 1:1 package and will soon move to group classes now that I feel I'm ready. The classes themselves blend reformer and mat work and use a variety of equipment. As a foreigner, I was worried about not being able to communicate well, but the instructor conducts classes in Vietnamese and English. The instructor is so friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. She really pushes you to ensure thay you are doing each exercise correctly and safely. I could not recommend a pilates studio more!

  tbh I love this place, if u want to find some where to improve your health, highly recommended 🥰🥰🥰the pilates instructor 👩‍🏫 very lovely, I like her 😘😘😘.

  as an introvert, i really appreciate how chill and cozy this pilates studio is. before practicing pilates, i couldn’t even stretch my legs properly before, but now my body is more flexible that i can stretch out during hardcore exercises. besides, the instructor is super sweet and genuinely cares about your health. she helped me design my own meal plan and guided me through workouts that made me stronger, more flexible, more durable, and way more in control of my body. the thing i love the most from this studio is they combine both mat and reformer pilates, which is rare because most places only do machines, so it’s perfect for anyone who wants to practice pilates and still stay within budget. also, if you’re a foreigner, no need to worry about the language barrier when training because the instructor speaks english fluently. btw they’re adding barre classes soon too, which im really excited for!

  I love this hidden place, private, relax, and chilling. The instructor is caring, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended to improve mind and body well-being, especially neck/back/shoulder pain.

  I like vibes of this studio, chill and relax. Machines and equipments from Merrithew and Into Pilates. Really like it 👍
