Something of a godsend in this part of Hải Phòng were there are (somehow) few cafes. The upstairs has first rate air conditioning. The bathrooms are clean and functional. The wifi is strong. A good place to get some work done if you're stuck between meetings out in the industrial parks in that part of the city.
