  I went to the outlet in Hoàn kiem, near old quarter lake and other two days i worked from here, I liked this place very much, I will keep coming here. Only thing is it's open from 8-8. Wish they could open till late night! Much better view and spacious then the old quarter one. Many vegan restaurants nearby. Calm and quiet place, I worked for 6 long hours and it went smooth ! Again highly recommended, See you soon Toong!

  This space is quite nice to work at. The only issue I have is that I keep getting continuous emails regarding billing for a month's membership there after I left, and I wasn't even in Vietnam for the month I'm getting billed for. I've written Toong about this and nobody responds, yet the invoices keep coming. Sort your system out please. Also, the space is quite loud with people talking. nobody seems to use the designated phone call room.

  I should have listened to the other reviews. It’s not a Coworking space so much as it is a hallway with uncomfortable no support chairs. Clearly Toong focuses on the businesses renting office spaces that line said hallways and the hotseat/daypass service was thrown in as an afterthought. It’s an absolute joke that the cafe tables downstairs make better workspaces than the “Coworking space”. In fairness, it is quiet, air conditioned, and has internet. But so does my hotel room… Signed up for a three day pass but I left after a couple hours and won’t be back. Ps: They had an advertisement for fancy office chairs playing on a screen beside the elevator and it really just feels like whoever owns the business is laughing at me.

  It's absurd that they don't understand that coworking spaces are not disco clubs. There’s music playing everywhere, including in areas designated for work, making it impossible to concentrate. I’ve worked in dozens of coworking spaces around the world and have never encountered anything like this. If you’re looking for a quiet place to focus, I would strongly advise against coming here.

  I planned to rent there long-term, but was very disappointed with the service. Not well organized, not caring at all.

  Sang chỗ khác đặt VP đi mọi người, ở đây giấy ăn 2 ngày không được refill, cách âm kém, không phone box, admin không support. What they wont tell you about this coworking space: - the tissue box has not been refilled for 2 days, even if you go to the admin/receptionist to ask for it. The admin will say Yes okay without taking any actions. - Sound proofing is bad - No phone box - Worst customer service ever Please go for another option before too late.
