  I visit the dental clinic first time. The whole facilities are so clean and dentist use disposable kit only for me. All staffs are so very kind and professional. Especially it was very helpful to understand each procedure by professional English interpreter.

  I had an unfortunate accident in Hai Phòng, and needed root canal, dental restoration. The procedure was close to painless, loved the zirconia crown, and they have a good English translator.

  "Nha Khoa Hai Phong" - trustable clinic for foreigner in Hai Phong city with friendly staffs, fluently English communication, modern dentistry system, professional quality and services ... I had a root canal treatment and wisdom-tooth extraction last time, and i was very satisfied, my teeth look perfect now so i'll recommend to all of my friends to go there if they have any problem with their teeth.!!!

  This place advertises itswlf as being able to serve foreigners. I went there one time, and had a good experience. When I went back to the location the staff didn't speak enough English to book my appointment, and they didn't even try. I called back, there was no one to speak English on the phone, they just hung up on me. Then I called back, they wouldn't pick up the phone until I finally called enough times they did. I tried speaking Vietnamese, but the staff didn't even try to understand me, they just hung up. Very, very rude!
