I've been to over 20 gyms in Vietnam. This one is okay, the air conditioning works, the equipment is a bit worn but works. It's good that there is any gym on the Cat Ba Island 🇻🇳 ☀️ 💪

Is good but tiny gym. They have enough for keep a good routine, special if you are a traveler. There is no stuff working here, I just come and left 50k inside a box.

Small gym as the name implies, but there is ample equipment, enough room for a couple people wanted to do mat work. Dumbbells upto 30kg and for 50k dong on entry for casual fee. Great for travellers wanting to stay fit. Lockers are free and come with a key. Honesty box for payment is easy too. Sometimes gym is staffed, sometimes they wonder off to handle other business I guess. So bring small denominations if you plan on buying drinks from the fridge.

Perfect place for a nice workout! Daypass was 50kDong and drinks are cheap too. You can play ur own music and the equipment is good for any kind of training. Small but nice place. You can park a scooter on the sidewalk right in front of the gym.

Nice little gym in Cat Ba. It's a small space but has most equipment that you'll need. They have dumbells, Squat rack, Bench press, Incline bench, curl bars, leg press, treadmill, bike and many other machines. From what I seen, even though it's a small space this gym has the most equipment on the island.

Small facility but has everything you need to get a full body workout. 50 K per person day pass is a great value. Could be a little cramped if multiple people were using the gym. Probably gets very hot in the summer. But it is a cheap way to keep up your fitness routine on the road. Would use it again.

I love this mini gym; it helped me stick to my fitness goals while on vacation. The owner offers you the opportunity to train with so much equipment, and you only pay 50,000 VND for a workout, which made me very grateful, happy, and balanced again. Thank you for that!
