  Went to Haiphong International Hospital as a foreigner. Although I wasn't able to make an appointment online as everything on their site was in Vietnamese and required a Vietnamese citizen code, I was able to walk in and receive attentive care immediately. The wait time was faster than my experience at Vinmec and the doctors and nurses were super personable and provided a lot more care and attention. I plan on making this my primary hospital in the future!

  One of the best hospitals you can go to in Haiphong👍. I had some pain in my abdomen, along with some other issues with my digestion which weren’t normal. Only a few minutes after i came there and i was already received by the staff, very quick! Even though most staff don’t talk English, you will still find many that can talk basic level and even few that can talk fluent!(still recommend you use a translator to explain your symptoms thoroughly). Anyways i had to get an endoscopy and colonoscopy, and i got precise results of what i had. The staff were pretty nice and careful. Once i could go home i payed the total amount and it was fairly priced! Definitely recommend this hospital👍

  My partner had a problem with his mouth while we were on holiday, like an infection growing on his gums. We were turned away from a dentist and didn’t feel comfortable with the hospital down the road which looked very dirty and unhygienic, so we left there before being seen. This hospital was very clean and the service was excellent. We took a ticket to speak to reception and only waited about 10 minutes to be seen. We used google translate to explain my partner’s problem and they directed us to another office, where they gave us the help of a translator. She took us up to the dermatology department and we were seen within 10 minutes again. They examined my partner, then sent him to get a swab test. The results came back in less than 30 minutes and they prescribed him some medication. We were so stressed and were about to give up hope, so it was great to go to this hospital and receive excellent service and a translator to help us throughout the whole experience, even collecting the medication from the pharmacy for us. Really impressed and would definitely recommend for any tourists who need medical help.

  Ear-nose-throat department was nice and spoke Engl. Thank you, doctors and everyone in the hospital, who guided me through the process

  Admittedly, this hospital is surprisingly commodious and hygienic, as if it were an American one! However, my experience here has been dreadfully gloomy in that the vastness of the hospital is rather austere and claustrophobic. I crave for a snug and home-away-from-home experience, one which will support inpatients' mental health rather than intimidating them. In addition, despite the obvious appearances of plant pots along hallways, I find the plain white walls overwhelming. A possible solution would be to extensively adorn or refurbish the institution or requiring the hospital's staff to communicate with convalescents in more regular intervals.

  Came here after a dog bit me. The nurse said "why did you come here?" After we told him I was bitten by a dog. So my partner and I had to explain that since I was bitten by a dog I hoped to get a rabies shot. The response from this hospital and the hosptial over the road was "come back tomorrow"....rather typical...and not very helpful or professional.
