  More of a hotel then hostel. I especially appreciate its clean and big airy room, two big windows to freshen up the air in the room, a rare find in any hostel or even hotel. $10 a night for such a big room, it’s rare in Cat Ba island. The people there are generally helpful and nice, at least they are not like others who are so eager to sell you tour packages. We didn’t go with them and they still treated us nicely.

  Well priced for the standard of room and location, bay view rooms available for around 200,000 Dong. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff.

  Rooms were ok and the place is really well situated. The staff helped us a lot and was very nice!

  Only stayed a night. Had a private room for two. Clean, with the basic amenities.

  Doesn't take card, atm was broken and made us pay in USD (at unreasonable rates) after a typhoon. Banking systems were down and they took advantage of us.
