  This is one of the best hostel/homestays I have been to. It's bright and easy to find. Excellent and spacious rooms. Simple rule is to only speak English, so if you go as a fluent speaker then the resident students and some staff really benefit from the exchange. There are daily lessons on site, mostly pm and it's a great way to meet local people and get a taste of Vietnamese life a long way from any tourism agenda, a very honest and pure experience. Win win for all. The owner and staff are very kind, it's also very well priced! I loved staying here, thanks for having me :-)

  Phoenix English Homestay Sạch sẽ, có sẵn đồ dùng cho ng đến (đệm, gối, ga giường), đủ tiện nghi cơ bản (bình nóng lạnh, máy giặt, ...), có khu bếp ăn uống và khu sinh hoạt chung ở t1, sân trước và sau rộng, có bảo vệ khóa cổng sau 23h và chủ nhật, có cô giúp việc chăm sóc nhà cửa lo cơm nước

  This is one of the best place I have ever seen, I lived here for more than a month and got a lot of experience, it'll not just you a space to live but it'll also provide you a opportunity to meet new people and make new friends.
