  My wife and I stayed at Luna's House Hostel for an entire week because we liked it so much. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from day one. Our room was clean and located in a very quiet area, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Having breakfast included in the price was a great bonus and a perfect start to our daily adventures. If we ever return to Cat Ba Island, we will definitely stay here again. A fantastic place with a great atmosphere!

  This place is awesome if you’re looking for a convenient and well priced spot on cat ba island! There’s a ton of restaurants nearby and booking spots for lan ha bay are also super close! The restaurant at the hostel has is also very nice! I went there for dinner and breakfast. The facilities are clean and the room’s air conditioning was excellent. Also lastly I can’t express how grateful I am for the staff. I left something very important to me at the hostel and realized it right after i got on the bus for my next destination and they secured it from my room for me. They were able to deliver it to my next hostel for me super quickly I don’t even know how they did it. They didn’t ask for money or anything. This meant the world to me! They truly go above and beyond!!

  Had a perfect stay at this hostel. It was clean, quiet, and the room was nice and cool. They offer really good service. The boat tour to Ha Long and Lan Ha was very affordable. The breakfast was tasty, and I also tried the seafood tom yum soup, it was good. Enjoy your stay!

  I can only recommend this hostel! The people here are really nice and the prices are also very good. We stayed here for about 300000vnd for a private room for two persons per night. Downstairs they have a restaurant with free breakfast in the morning. In the evening they play music. I can only recommend this place! And they have three little kittens running around😍

  A really nice hostel with affordable price. Located by the main road, you can easily spot this place since they also have an outdoor cafe in front of the entrance. I got a private room with a bathroom, it’s spacious and clean. They provide a fan and AC in the room, also a hairdryer in the bathroom. The host was really kind and helpful, she helped me book a bus back to Hanoi. The best thing was the breakfast, the portion was huge with many options. You can also rent a motorcycle next door.

  The rooms were good with big lockers, aircon and fans for each bed. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms fairly clean. In a good location very central and close to many restaurants and everything happening in town. Friendly staff and the free breakfast in the mornings was amazing, with multiple dishes to choose from and coffee and fresh juice. The only thing I didn’t like was that no one in the room ever locked the door to the room so anyone could come in and out. There was a random dude who wasn’t staying in our room using our shower one evening when there were four of us waiting to use the shower. Overall great stay!

  Terrible don’t stay here. The facilities in itself are fulfilling the bare minimum. The rooms are really old. You can see there’s mold in the walls that just got wiped away. The blankets have no bedding. The bathrooms could use a deep cleaning aswell. The doors of the rooms were really loud while opening and closing so you would always wake up when someone came into the room. The restaurant across the street started blasting music at 8 in the morning.No real common area aswell so not really social. That isn‘t even the worst part. I was put in a room with only old men as a 19 year old girl. One guy in my room was clearly an alcoholic and the whole room would reek of alcohol and sweat. There was always a big vodka bottle next to his bed. He was also behaving like he was the only one there and really loud and inconsiderate. When I asked the receptionist if I could switch rooms since I felt really uncomfortable because of the alcoholic they did let me change but said they already knew about him being an alcoholic. Apparently he would always come to breakfast already pouring alcohol into his coffee and they had already talked to him three times. When I asked her why they won’t do anything about it she just shrugged it off. So they knowingly put a 19 year old girl into the room with an alcoholic. Absolutely irresponsible!

  Brilliant hostel, highly recommend|Snowy white sheets, comfortable curtained bed, private light, cupboard power point and good size locker. Free filtered water and towel, changed daily.|Generous included breakfast with coffee refills.|Some have complained about the damp. Come on guys. You're in the middle of an archipelago. If you've chosen to go there in winter the mist rolls in off the ocean and envelopes the whole island.|Attached restaurant good value. Particularly enjoyed the roof terrace.
