  An absolutely wonderful stay! This hotel truly earns its 5-star rating. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the overall design of the property is beautiful. Every staff member I've interacted with has gone above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. I couldn't ask for more and will definitely be returning

  The worst experience ever! I stayed in hotel while was a covit quarantine facility. The room was at least unhealthy for human! Mould was visible on the walls. There were still personal items from last guest(s) (Set of hair shampoo-body shower- a pair of slippers). Personnel is not speaking English and communication made effective by Google translate! The area of the hotel is industrial and noisy! The peak and the best of all was a lizard entered to my room! If possible stay away !

  😊: It was a quiet location. Room was quiet, spacious and clean. The staff were helpful ordering taxis etc. Thank goodness for Google translator.. 😢: Restaurant was closed and had been for a long time. Breakfast available to room but no Western style food available. We should have been informed about restaurant before arrival. Pool area was covered with furniture etc and was not accessible for use. Most reception staff couldn't speak English which made it hard but we managed. We were the only guests there for a majority of the time which gave the feeling of isolation. The front entrance door had been smashed and not replaced..
