  Very modern clean hotel with helpful staff. The breakfast was a little poor but there was always enough food - you can also ask for a bowl of pho or fried egg. The room was very modern, we especially loved the lighting, the curtains and the see through bathroom - we are a couple. They cleaned the room everyday unless asked not to. You can also ask to do the laundry there - takes a day to wash and dry.

  So, we're always here because our two parents have work to do. The four of us share a room with three single beds, and I have to say, every time we come back, nothing has changed. The TV has no channels, it always says there are none, you can only watch YouTube, if you want to log in to Netflix it doesn't work at all. Also, there are ants crawling back and forth in the corners of the bathroom. The shower barely works, the water doesn't even come out properly. There's only hot water, no cold. The faucet doesn't work properly either. You only get boiling hot water. The view outside is quite ok and the Wi-Fi on the 5th floor is so bad that we have to use our mobile data and the toilet flush is also dirty

  Cheap but not worth your money. The room smelled of cigarettes and the bathroom floors were very dirty. But considering how hard it is to find a nice hotel in Hai Duong, this hotel could suffice a one night stay.
