  Great location. Short walking distance to opera house and other main foodie tour in Hai Phong city center. If you want to take bus to Do Son beach the Mernva will not make you disappointed at all. It just 3 star hotel and no complaint at all about anything about the cleanliness, the noise from the construction outside, the staff enthusiastism and how wonderfully the breakfast we had every morning. My baby loves to come back as she felt much comfortable for the bathtub and the living room. My man felt happy about the morning coffee so we bought 2 kilos as for friend gift. Definitely we book this hotel again wherever we back to Hai Phong city. Strongly recommend to others. P.S: in summer time you can walk down to outdoor navy swimming pool near by which giving many fun for family day out. And, yes, on the 9th floor is the meeting room with nice balcony where you can have great city view from there

  It is not worth the money. 1.1 million VND for a room without a window. The hotel is brand new, but decors dated back to 20th century. I booked for 3 nights but ended up checking out next day. Construction was going even on Saturday and Sunday. The aircon was so noisy, couldn’t sleep well.

  You have around 5 months time to book from this date before it’s no longer “ok” enough to stay. Arrived and the hotel seemed decent, wasn’t bad at all because it was brand new. Rooms were clean because of it and spacious but as soon as you start using the room you’ll realize that it’s really bad. The shower doesn’t have curtains which means that every time you use it you make drown the entire bathroom in water and have to walk in a puddle. A puddle, that they won’t clean. For a 4 night stay we got our room cleaned once, and thats only after we had to call them 3 times for them to clean it. They’re excuses for not cleaning was “it’s Sunday so there’s not a lot of people working so we don’t have time to clean” and “we have someone who got sick so we won’t be able to clean”. Insanely bad excuses for not providing the services I pay for. We had to call down for new towels since they didn’t give us new ones and then ones we had we had to use to wipe the floor. Water that’s supposed to be free didn’t get replaced because of the lack of staff and then they actually have the audacity to charge you for something you didn’t use. Breakfast was decent but the fact that they don’t provide water or juice is also insane... Good points were: friendly and helpful reception desk and the fact that the hotel is new. Bad points. Literally everything else. Not even a joke.

  Receptionist attitude is quite bad. We arrived at 5 pm and receptionist look tired and seemly not wellcome us. He saw me get out from car and have luggage but he went to the hotel but didn't open the door or helped me to bring luggage. |In the next day, I went to restaurant and had breakfast. There was noone in restaurant only our family but we had to wait too long for our breakfast.|I hope your hotel will improve your service and employees.

  Had a short but great stay at this hotel. Location was excellent, right in the city center, and about 10 mins on foot to the train station. Room was nice and elegant while breakfast was simple but good.

  A perfect place for tourism and business. Quiet room and very near walking street , old opera , coach , station .... this is a center hotel . Staff were very nice ! And hlpeful. Will recommend friends ! ||Ps: if you come here , you will feel this place like Nguyen Hue street at HCM city.
