  5 stars especially for how helpful and friendly the host and staff were. I booked last minute and even got declined on airbnb because I had problem with my card. They told me to just come and pay at door. I arrived late but everything was clear instructed, place was easy to find and access. Cozy, pretty house and simple decoration that actually feels like home. I love the room, nice balcony with view, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!!!!

  MY SECOND TIME STAYING HERE The best place in the heart of Hai Phong city. The room has a nice balcony, nice bathroom, and a big comfy bed. Very clean and cozy. Highly recommend.

  Pham Hotel and Views was wonderful. Walk down alley way, turn left and walk about 300 metres and you are at the centre of everything. Lovely room, new and amazingly clean. Host was amazing and helped us with transport to Ninh Binh and kept in touch until we were firstly and the bus and secondly arrived safely. Thoroughly recommend.

  PHAM Hotel was nice, modern and very convenient location wise. The owners both spoke English which was very helpful at times and the lady was lovely going above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay and was readily available to answer any queries we had throughout our stay. My only criticism was upon arrival, the gentleman wasn’t very welcoming or friendly. However overall stay was good.

  Pham Hotel and View was a lovely stay situated very close to Hai Phong’s rich and vibrant central. It’s very close to Circle K, a well known and popular convenience store that has everything you need. It was easy to check-in with friendly staff who spoke English fluently which made it very easy to communicate. We were able to contact them at any time, with a reply often given within 5 minutes. Perhaps the only thing I would change, is to have more vents within the bathroom, as the steam filled up the room fairly easily from the shower. Or even to add a door to the bathroom. However, this place is new, and is already shaping up to be the best place to stay in Hai Phong. Gave 4 stars as there is still some room for improvement. Overall, great stay that was well worth the price 👌👌

  Photos are a bit misleading. Rooms are small. Metal staircase is noisy. Nice shared kitchen with a toaster. View from rooftop is nice. Floors aren't clean. The reasoning that the building is new and they only use natural products doesn't cut it ... Water on a paper towel came up black.

  Good location, 3min walk to convenience store Poor cleanliness, stains on the toilet, hairs on the floor Great to have washing machine inside the apartment, but no A.C on the first floor(the living room and kitchen) We stayed for 3 nights, all showers had hot water on the 1st day, then 4th floor had no more hot water from the 2nd day, and 3rd floor had the same issue starting from the 3rd day. We opened one window on the first floor and the neighbour suddenly stepped in from the window and yelled at us at 10pm saying we were too noisy while we were chatting in the living room, ridiculous! No hair conditioners were provided, some shampoo and body soap were using refillable bottles (appreciate for being environmental friendly), but no labels on the bottle so i have no idea which one was shampoo at all

  This is the best secret in n Haiphong. Love this boutique hotel, especially for a family traveling together. WONDERFUL experience!
