What impressed me the most was the warm and attentive service from the staff. I would especially like to thank Ms. Thanh Loan from the Front Office team, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my stay. I would also like to thank Mr. Dat, who assisted me with a quick and smooth check-in and check-out process. Their kindness and professionalism made my experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again! 😊

  This was my first time staying here. I had quite a few memorable experiences during my 3-day stay. Pros: the food was delicious, the bed was very comfortable, the atmosphere was quiet, and the rooms had good soundproofing. The housekeeping staff kept the bed sheets and towels clean and fresh-smelling, and the staff in general were very enthusiastic and helpful. In particular, Duong on the 8th floor spa team was very friendly, responsible, and genuinely caring. The manager also handled situations quite well. It truly met 5-star standards. About 99% of the staff I interacted with were very professional, polite, and friendly. Cons: some rooms had a musty smell and traces of cigarette smoke, even though the hotel is non-smoking. I had to change to another room. Also, when placing multiple orders, the hotel seemed a bit overloaded and the staff appeared somewhat overwhelmed. Overall, I had very good sleep and a pleasant experience here. If I come back to Hai Phong, I would definitely book this hotel again.

  What a beautiful space! The moment you arrived; we were offered a welcome drink and cold towels almost immediately upon check-in. We were greeted by Phong Katie & Phong in helping us to check in & walked us through all the amenity. Very nice modern hotel! Beautiful pool, lounge and cool rooftop bar. We had a beautiful city view & comfortable room. All the staff were very helpful, a special mention of Tho & Long for their attentive service & recommendations on spa & local delicacies. Breakfast is extensive with both Western and Asian food stations. Highlight of our stay were the staff, and particularly Kim Grant the Director of Culinary introduced us to the special local health tonic served at breakfast, such a wonderful delight to sample, thankyou Kim! We had a beautiful dinner at Mad Cow restaurant, both food & wine were wonderful & accompanied with superb service from Anh & Giang. The roof top bar was a nice relaxing way to finish the night with amazing cocktails. We had a very memorable stay @ Pullman, we can’t wait to visit Hai Phong & staying @ Pullman again.

  I would like to strongly commend the hotel for its excellent service, particularly Đỗ Quốc Anh. He was highly professional, attentive, and dedicated throughout our visit. His support for our VIP visit was exceptional, he was always quick to respond, proactive in addressing requests, and demonstrated a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. His efforts contributed greatly to the smooth and successful experience of our guests. Special thanks to Quốc Anh, Vũ Phương, Mai, and Pullman Team, for your outstanding support during our visit. Your warm hospitality, professionalism, and dedication were greatly appreciated.

  Pullman Hai Phong Grand Hotel is a new and beautiful hotel with a modern design and a very comfortable atmosphere. The parking area is spacious and convenient, especially for guests traveling by car.||The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant.||Overall, my family had a very good stay here. One small suggestion would be to improve the breakfast buffet with more food options, as the current selection felt a little limited. Other than that, everything was enjoyable and we would be happy to come back again.

  I stayed at the Pullman Hai Phong Grand Hotel twice during April 2026. After my first stay, I chose to rebook because the hotel, facilities, and, most importantly, the exceptional level of service were simply outstanding.||||Having stayed at many Pullman hotels around the world, I can honestly say this is the best Pullman I have experienced. In my opinion, the quality of the service and facilities is comparable to that of a Sofitel, making it a truly exceptional place to stay.||||I would particularly like to recognise Mr. Long, the Duty Manager. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to customer service went far beyond what I would normally expect. He consistently made us feel valued as guests and is a tremendous asset to the Pullman Hai Phong Grand Hotel. I have no doubt he has a very bright future in the hospitality industry.||||Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, courteous, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional customer service. Their warmth and hospitality are what truly made both of our stays so memorable.||||The hotel itself is beautifully presented, with excellent facilities throughout. The swimming pool and gym are first-class for a hotel, and there are several excellent dining options within the property.||||The rooftop bar is another fantastic feature, offering a wonderful atmosphere and stunning views across the city. It is the perfect place to relax after a busy day, and the staff there welcomed us with genuine warmth every time we visited.||||We also had access to the Executive Lounge throughout our stay, which was another outstanding feature. The lounge is beautifully appointed, offers spectacular views of the city, and provides a relaxing atmosphere. The staff in the Executive Lounge were wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always eager to ensure we had everything we needed.||||I highly recommend the Pullman Hai Phong Grand Hotel to anyone visiting Hai Phong, whether for business or leisure. We thoroughly enjoyed both of our stays and look forward to returning on our next visit.

  Super friendly staffs. Large size gym with lots of equipments. Great location for local food stalls. Good selection of foods for breakfast. Definitely come back again in the future.

  In my endless search for the perfect venue where I could enjoy a good cup of coffee while at the same time attend to my work, I finally discovered the lobby café at the Pullman Hotel in downtown Hai Phong. Quiet, clean, with fast internet and a wonderfully attentive staff ready to meet all of your needs. Beyond coffee, they have delicious pastries and a full breakfast menu. If your work stretches beyond the morning, their lunch menu will quickly recharge you. Should your work continue into the evening, and you finally want to relax, visit the roof top bar, with its 360 degree view of Hai Phong and excellent cocktails you will feel that you are in a different city.
