  Even booking for just one night here but the hotel and the team made my stay more enjoyable, comfortable and memorable, far beyond expected. Special thanks to Mr. Hoang Long, who really did go extra mile in all aspects to fulfil my preferences. The hotel is not in the busiest downtown but the nice view, the decent amenities, the well-maintained facilities and the 5-star service are really worth it. Not to mention the price, it's the best value for money, the best that you could get in the city. Keep up the great work, team! Will definitely come back whenever possible.

  Had a wonderful experience here in this lovely hotel. The customer service was excellent and as good as anyone could ask for, especially Ms. THAO Hoàng, the customer service representative at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure my stay and experience was extraordinary. The hotel is in excellent condition with a huge outdoor pool, as well as a Japanese style bath and gym. Plus, several restaurants attached to the property Would definitely stay here again.

  This hotel is service apartment and hence with small kitchen, refrigerator and even wash machine. I will recommend for the guest who would stay at this region for this hotel. The main challenge here for me is language. The front desk staff not good for English speaking and for promotion or room charge problem, they can't solve for you immediately.

  I stayed at Hotel Nikko and had a very unpleasant experience at the women’s sauna. While I was inside without any clothes, the door was opened. At first, I did not know if someone had opened it or if it opened by itself, but later I found out that a male staff member on night duty checks the women’s sauna every hour. The hotel explained that it was because of the holiday and that there were no female staff available, but this is only the hotel’s internal issue, not something guests should accept. Having a male staff open the door of the women’s sauna, regardless of whether he entered or not, is a serious violation of privacy and made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. I requested CCTV verification, an official explanation from the manager, and appropriate compensation. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this level, and I hope the management will take responsibility and ensure such incidents never happen again.

  Very poor experience staying here, I paid alot of money to enjoy my holidays and going to the gym peacefully the staffs lack flexibility and just want to kick me out of the gym. You guys run hospitality service not free charity

  I came to this hotel after reading good reviews. Because I arrived at the hotel a little late, the front desk clerk wanted to be lazy and refused to accept us. He even lied and said there were no rooms. As a result, we checked online and showed the available rooms to him. We checked in and were really disappointed. The price of the hotel is not cheap, so it should train better staff to serve guests.

  Excellent hotel with great service. Japanese style rooms with great amenities. The staff are friendly and the beds are comfortable. Overall a great hotel in the city of Hanoi. The only issue was that Wi-Fi is not available throughout the room. There are spots in the room especially the washroom where wi-fi is poor.

  The check-out system is absolutely terrible. Every single time, we have to wait for room inspection, and we never know how long it’s going to take. They could easily just hold a deposit instead. The staff literally told me that I just had to stand there and wait. Also, please have us sign everything all at once instead of making us go back and forth. It’s incredibly inefficient, and the service from the staff is extremely poor.
