  We spent 4 days, 3 nights here and it felt like we were total VIPs. Was off season and we had a lot of things to ourselves like dinner and breakfast and the spa. Lovely rooftop area and restaurant. Gym equipment mostly broken and no cradle to use with pool table but otherwise everything great. Location near lake and park good for running and outdoor gym equipment.

  11/2022 my whole family has a hotel for two weeks. The room is very nice and clean. Breakfast has very good Vietnamese food, I like it very much. Everyone is very welcoming and considerate..ì we get a chance. Next year my family will visit there again. ❤️🥰

  First stay - 2nights. Comfortable, good location for my schedule. Staff extremely helpful. Food - breakfast was good Overall value: very good.

  Although it is a local and old hotel, the furniture and finishing are still relatively ok. Takes around 10mins or so to walk to the town centre. Only short fall is there are no nearby convinent stalls around. Also, the staff's english language proficiency is not the best, very basic communication.

  The location is good. The breakfast buffet has great variety of food and the foods are really tasty. The room is clean. The bed is comfortable. However, they are understaffed. The noise from karaoke is terrible. Some customers even smoked cigars at the reception. Some rooms have very bad smell of mold.

  This was my inaugural experience at this hotel, and I am extremely satisfied with every aspect. Initially, I harbored reservations about the location, but upon arriving, all my concerns were swiftly dispelled on the very first night, thanks to the splendid atmosphere and wide array of culinary options. The spaciousness and cleanliness of the hotel room were exemplary. In summary, this hotel is truly exceptional, offering an abundance of amenities and an overall delightful experience.

  Rooms are a bit worn, but still good quality and quiet for good nightrest. Excellent housekeeping taking care of clean rooms. The current renovation has not bothered me for 1 second. Staff at reception and roomserice very serice oriented and good English language skills. Food tasty and good.||||Only minus was the lack of attitude from some of the management. Smoking at breakfast, phoning loudly in the presence of guests, taking full service from their own staff. In the many hotels that I visit the management mostly refrain from this.
