  I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and overall I had a very good experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. The only area that could use some improvement is the guest rooms, which feel a bit dated and would benefit from a renovation. There’s a noticeable contrast between the modern appearance of the hotel and the older style of the rooms. That said, the room was comfortable. The bed was great, the shower worked well, housekeeping was reliable, and I had no issues during my stay. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options that were consistent every morning. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the gym, and it absolutely met my expectations. It’s well-equipped, open 24 hours a day, and it ended up being the facility I used the most during my stay. The swimming pools also looked large, although I didn’t have the opportunity to use them. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel, whether you’re traveling for business or leisure.

  Our stay at the Meliá Hai Phong was spectacular. From the moment we checked in , we were enveloped in absolute luxury and sophistication.Melia HaiPhong is pristine, modern, and exceptionally clean, with every detail meticulously maintained.The service here ií very friendly, but what made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality of the Hotel Manager, Mr CoDy Thien. He goes above and beyond to personally ensure that every guest feels welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for. His passion for excellence and dedication to customer satisfaction set a benchmark for luxury service.

  A beautiful hotel, in a good area. Rooms are nice with good air conditioning. The restaurant was fabulous with clearly gluten free marked options. I had a few great meals here. My only draw back was the screaming children in all areas of the hotel. Multiple times i was woken up by them and the pool area was over run with children. This leaves me to not enjoy food and drinks poolside or enjoy the bar area as children are allowed in there as well. Would be nice to have adult only area in this hotel. The spa area was nice with good massage and hot tub. I found weekdays less noisy than the weekend. I did enjoy my stay but expected less screaming children in a 5 star hotel.

  I arrived at night, and the customer service I experienced from the gentleman at reception was quite cold & blunt - no issues. We got two rooms and both did not have a view - no issues either. However, about an hour later, I ordered room service and was hung up on after I stated the items without saying anything else or advising of an ETA. He might have just been having a bad day but it did set the tone for the stay. That said, the staff member who delivered the food was absolutely lovely. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. However, the toiletry bottles did not have tamper protection. When I used the conditioner, it came out as water (?) and seemed as though it had been clearly tampered with. Also worth noting, the hotel is not within walking distance of many attractions or conveniences. Overall it was just an okay experience. Out of the many that we did end up staying at, this one did not leave a memorable impression.

  Unfortunately we had a very bad experience there. During the check in we were given a room that was already occupied, what we found out when we entered the room. When we got the new room it was only made for 2 people so we had to ask again for an extra bed, towels etc. Also our passports were not scanned during the check in and we had to provide copies per WhatsApp. Not only the hotel stuff didn’t provide any information about the hotel, they seemed really annoyed when we asked questions. Also during the weekend the hotel is absolutely overcrowded - you can forget about relaxing by the pool as there will be not a single spot to even leave your stuff. At breakfast we were happy to have found a table to sit down, but you can imagine there was no service, coffee machine didn’t work and you had to wait to take any food. In the evening there was some kind of live music so even watching tv in the room was impossible. On a positive note, the hotel itself is beautiful, the room was spacious and clean, the location is great. The gym is very good and open 24 hours. Generally the hotel stuff is friendly and nice.

  I just arrived from Radisson Blu Halong Bay which is a real 5 star hotel. The vinpearl rooms quality are poor, the receptionist was not nice at the moment I arrived. Everything is more expensive than the better hotel I mentoned before but the quality and the service are very low. They should lowering the prices and call themselves a 4 star hotel. By the way the noise canceling is terrible! Children screaming everywhere and music from outside. I'm in thq quietest room.. but still I can hear everything. The food in the restaurant is expensive but instead of a meal you get a snack (tiny portion). Not recommending if you are use to real 5 stars hotels. Disappointing...

  The location is perfect for our destination. The atmosphere is nice, and the staff were so accommodating. They were so kind to upgrade us to a bigger room for a better experience. The room we had was so clean. Everything is quiet after 10pm. It's also worth the price for the amenities they have. We enjoyed the gym, spa, and swimming pool so much. We will definitely come back here. 🥰

  This is a hotel that I really like and frequently use. I often stay in the suite rooms here. If you do not have your own motorbike or car to drive, it might be difficult to stay at this hotel because there are not many places to go or convenience facilities nearby. However, the staff are always friendly and everything is clean. The breakfast is also good.Overall, I am satisfied with almost everything about this hotel. I usually stay in the suites, but the carpet in the suite rooms is often dirty and you can see stains on it. Sometimes the sink lever is broken or the water does not drain well. I visit quite often, but it seems like these repairs are not handled very well, which is a bit disappointing. Still, I am satisfied with the service and overall quality of the hotel.
