  Gogo Laundry is my go-to spot every time. Small, clean, good price – very easy to use. It’s self-service but staff always replies super quick on WhatsApp/Facebook if I need help. The detergent is already provided when you start the machine, which is really convenient. They don’t take cash, only QR or card but that’s fine for me. No issues so far. Love this place! 👕✨

  Just a few doors from the ART Hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarters. Daisy, the lady in the laundry is very friendly and helped us a lot in operating the machines. And Daisy sells bus tickets to all destinations in Vietnam too. Greatly recommended.

  The laundry was done very quickly, including drying. Everything smells wonderful because the service comes with free detergent. Everything was explained very easily, and card payment was very easy. Additionally, Raian was very friendly and helpful, making the wait for his laundry a pleasure. He was great to chat with and recommended places to visit. He speaks very good English. I recommend this place!

  Able to do my washing so quickly and detergent and softener included in the wash! The lady working there was so so helpful and helped me with everything, her English is amazing. It is super easy to pay with card, and my clothes came out smelling so nice. It was also so cheap. Really recommend this place it was so easy and had a great experience. Everything was done in under an hour!

  Amazing! My first even to use a self service laundry with such a clean and cozy atmosphere. Really makes me feel like home. Good Price, Great modern machine, Wonderful location. One of the high light in my Vietnam trip

  Positives • The place is clean and well maintained, including the machines. • The washing machines work very well. Detergent is added automatically, which is a very good point. Negatives • The dryer filter should be cleaned, as it doesn’t seem to be maintained. • The dryer works very poorly: we had to run it for 1 hour and 5 minutes on high heat for a standard load, which is really too long.
