  I gave 7 kg clothes to wash and it was very fresh and smelled good in the next 24 hours. The service was really good and the lady gave the fresh clothes to us past her closing time due to our situation.

  Clothes have a pleasant and fragrant smell. Very complete when received back. They speak good English and assist with spot stain removal issues. Best price on the island.

  Not usually one to leave bad reviews because I understand it can be ‘one-offs’, but my laundry came back smelling like a mix of dog and feet. Some of my items that i have kept in my backpack in a compartment still smell like that. As well, my friends had other peoples items in their laundry bags. I’m still airing out a hoodie i washed there. Never have had my laundry coming back smelling worse than when it went in.

  Feel bad giving a bad review but this place made my clothes dirtier than when they went in and so I don’t believe the good reviews at all. Also a pair of my shorts were missing when I went to collect them and I had someone else’s clothes put in with mine. I needed to wash them all again somewhere else and it ruined my day. Best off finding somewhere else!

  The clothes we delivered to this laundrette have come out smelling slightly of damp and will need to be washed again. The owners boxer’s were left in our clothes and a pair of our shorts had gone missing. The owner was very apologetic and found the shorts still hanging up the next day so I feel bad leaving this review but this should not happen under any circumstance.

  Firstly I'll say I don't like to give bad reviews but also I don't like when you search for a business and the reviews are good then you get a bad service. We found this laundry as it was top rated on Cat Ba. We have travel scales and weighed our laundry before we left the hotel. Then they weighed our clothes and it was 25% heavier than what we had weighed. I thought OK that's just part of the deal in Vietnam. When we got our clothes back to the hotel, we had items that looked like they had been stained with bleach, there were also other people's clothes in with ours, I think 4 items. We were missing a couple of items as well. We went back to the laundry and they didn't seem to care that clothes were mixed up and didn't take any ownership of the stains (which I didn't think they would). There was then another couple that came in to drop back other clothes that had been moved with theirs. They were also missing clothes as well. So there were at least 3 of us with mixed clothes. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt that something just went wrong on that day but I've seen another review with the same problem. Maybe give these guys a miss if you have any nice clothes you don't wa.t stained or sent to someone else.
