  Can definitely recommend. Hotel wanted to charge per item (for example 40000 dong for underwear) Found this local laundry service in town and dropped off 7kg of washing at 3pm. They changed 40000 dong per kilo. Collected just before 10pm same day*. Clothes cleaning quality was good. So very happy customer. * It's worth mentioning that we visited out of season so I would imagine turn around time would be longer during busier periods

  Unfortunately, the laundry service was the worst I’ve encountered during my two-week vacation in Vietnam. It was pricier than other services, yet the clothes came back with detergent stains and weren't cleaned properly. Moreover, it seems they mixed white and colored laundry together, resulting in our white shirts turning weirdly pinkish and yellowish. To make matters worse, the laundry was thrown back into the same bag we used to carry the dirty clothes, and they weren't folded properly, leaving them wrinkled.

  Die absolute schlechteste Laundry in ganz Vietnam. Ich bin jetzt seit knapp 4 Wochen in Vietnam unterwegs und habe so einen schlechten Laundry service noch nie erlebt. Meine Wäsche hat seifig geklebt, viel zu stark gerochen und manche Klamotten waren noch dreckig. Dann wurde ein weißes Tshirt von mir komplett zerstört was untragbar ist. Zu guter letzt wurde die wäsche lieblos zusammen geschmissen so das sie suoer knittrig war. Am ende hat der Spaß dann auch noch 40k pro Kg gekostet zum Glück konnten wir das auf 30k pro kg runterhandeln was aber immer noch teuer ist. Ich habe im Schnitt nie mehr als 20k für 1kg bezahlt. Auf jeden Fall Boykottieren und die Wäsche woanders waschen lassen
