  My husband and I rented a bike from them in November 2025 from Ha Long Bay. They delivered a brand-new automatic scooter within 20 mins of my WhatsApp message! We loved riding it on Cat Ba island. They even picked it up from another nearby hotel in Ha Long Bay the next day. Super convenient and affordable at 1,50,000 VND/day plus 30,000 VND for pickup+drop-off. They just need to take a photo of your international driver's permit and passport, and you are all set. Highly recommend! 👍

  Rented electric scooter to get around ha long. Great service with pickup/drop-off. Stick to flat roads if you are two as it’s quite underpowered. Recommended!

  This is is the best place to rent a scooter the scooter in very good conditions have fun holder the owner check them and keep them very well. If you wanna have a good experience, absolutely rented here.

  I rented a bike here twice. The first time the red bike was in good condition. The second time bike had problems, the rear brake almost didn't work, sometimes it took several tries to start the engine. Otherwise everything was fine. Just check the bike well before renting.
