Great service! Business is run out of an office as opposed to a street corner at same hire price (100,000d/day). On way back to return scooter we punctured tyre 5km from shop. We left it there & caught taxi to shop. They picked up scooter for us and charged 20,000d for tyre and 30,000 to pick up. Would definitely recommend.

If you are a tourist like me, it’s better to contact the owner via Facebook rather than by phone. The owner usually replies within a few minutes. They provided me with a well-maintained motorcycle (a PCX), which I rented for 3 days to travel around the city, Do Son, and Ha Long without any issues during my trip. The rental price was reasonable: 120,000 VND per day in the city and 140,000 VND per day outside the city. Fuel was also cheaper than in many other countries, around 20,000 VND per liter. If you want to ride in Vietnam, you just need to follow a few basic rules like wearing a helmet and watching your speed. Most other rules aren’t strictly followed, as locals often break them

Me and my buddy bought a motorbike today from here. Very good prices, and Phong was the best helper we could’ve asked for. Spoke very good English, taught us how to ride the bikes, tips for any trouble with police, he got us a helmet for bad weather, protective gear, and took us to buy straps for our bag. One of the nicest people I’ve met. Hope to see you again Phong!!

Everything was great overall. The staff were proficient with English which made the renting process easier. I'd recommend for anyone who wants to rent bikes to explore Hai Phong.

They got automatic and semi-auto. I recommend semi-auto unless you one of those western girls who really can't drive or handle Vietnamese traffic. The boy speaks English. Easy to rent and cheap. I drove one of their bikes to Hanoi and back to Haiphong when my own bike broke because of storm. Really great bikes.

I keep calling them; they don’t answer and when they answered me they cut the call immediately. So rude staff

I’ve rented bikes all over Vietnam, and this was the worst experience and customer service I’ve ever had. I rented a Honda Airblade, and the bike had starting issues on the first night and the battery died after many attempts trying to start it. I called the shop and all he said was, “The last 3 renters had no issues with the bike.” And give no support. I had to push the bike to a mechanic, who said the fuel pump was bad, and I had to pay 100,000VND out of my pocket. I swapped for another bike on the same night but received no apology or discount for giving me a bad bike. To top it off, no one was at the shop when I returned it, and I had to wait 20 minutes. It would have been nice if I received some support when the bike broken down since I was only 15 minutes away from the shop or the owner had at least acknowledged his mistake for renting out a bike in poor condition, so other travellers don’t go through the same thing as I did

Will increase the price for no reason. The office says they will deliver the bike for free, but the delivery guy will ask you to pay the delivery fee of 30k vnd and picking up fee of 30k vnd. The bike is super old and degrading. The speedometer doesn’t even work. Its highly not recommended
