  Another 5 stars just because this guy is more than worth it. Very caring, explains everything you need, has a lot of scooters to offer, they run smoothly. He speaks English very well, answers through WhatsApp quickly. He even let us store our luggage at his place - bonus karma points.

  Very nice couple to rent a bike from. We rented an electric scooter for a week and it worked like a charm. When looking for their office. It’s across from the coffee shop associated with Google Maps. Just walk down the pathway and it’s in the far left corner.

  I had the best experience with Minh. The scooter was delivered within just 15 minutes at a fair price. He was also incredibly helpful throughout my stay in Ha Long. Thank you so much for everything anh Minh and your wife!! I would always recommend him to everyone

  10/10 experience. The owners were very kind and helpful with fulfilling our needs. They offer a good price, good motorbikes and a very good service. I can recommend to everyone in Ha Long. PS. The place can be a bit hard to find, but it is inside the Green Bay building.

  I rented the electric DatBike S3 and Yamaha PG1 for 2 days and did about 300km in total. The bikes are pretty much new, in great condition and have useful mods on them. Both worked flawlessly. The owner is knowledgeable about bikes. This is by far the best bike rental service in Ha Long that I've experienced and they are worth the price. Just wish there are more bikes with clutch.

  Rented a Yamaha 125 Scooter for 10 days that worked perfectly. Went to a lot of places. One of the easiest scooter rentals I have experienced. We were there at low season and lots of bikes to choose from. Minh is a super Cool Guy. Was very helpful in sending text on WhatsApp on places to see and go to for food. I would and will rent from him next time I am in the area.

  Best bike rental service I have ever experienced. Really good bike with good price. Minh - the owner - can speak English fluently. He gave a good service with delivering and picking up bike at the hotel. He care about all the details like phone holder, quality helmets, raincoats …. so you can just enjoy your trip without any worries. My husband was impressed with the quality of the bike and can tell that the bike is well-maintained. When Minh picked up the bike he even helped us book a taxi to the airport with really good price. We are happy with his service. 🫶🏻

  I had an amazing experience renting here! The owner speaks great English and is an amazing guy. Very intelligent! The scooter I rented was newer and exceeded my expectations! I was able to explore the city so much. I highly recommend renting from here! I'd give this place a 10 star ⭐ if I could.
