  We had a great experience renting an electric bike from this service in Ha Long. The entire process was very smooth and well-organized from booking to return. The person who's managing this was extremely professiona, funl, spoke good English, and guided us clearly through everything, including test driving and usage instructions. This made the whole experience very comfortable, especially as travelers. The bike itself was solid and reliable, and we chose the electric option which worked perfectly for our rides. Overall, it was a fantastic decision to rent from here, and we would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a convenient and hassle-free bike rental in Hang Gai, Ha Long.

  I rented a bike for a month from this wonderful person. I needed a dual-battery option for long trips. I rode 100 km at a time on both batteries, which is very convenient. The bike is a Vinfast Evo Grand Lite with a rated power of 1500 watts. The price was the same as on the rental company's website, which completely satisfied me with the new bike. Thank you, I wish you more customers and happiness.

  Good service. The owner is available and speaks english (contacted him via whatsapp). In my case I rented an electric 50cc bike since I don’t have the International License. It was equipped with 2 batteries and I was able to visit Cat Ba island without having to charge the bike on the way (I was driving alone).

  Hired Vinfast electric scooters. Affordable, convenient and easy to hire. Made experiencing Ha Long area easy as we cruised around the streets. Communication by WhatsApp, quick to reply.

  Everything went just great! Very nice guy, he explained everything, and even gave me some useful things to take with me for my trip. Good bike, no problems. Thanks for this adventure on Cat Ba Island!

  bike was perfect! was able to do everything really quick. staff was so friendly and spoke good english gave us all the information we needed to have to ride the bike

  Rented a bike for 3 days to take it to Cat Ba. I communicated over Zalo, very straightforward communication prior, during and after the rental. Fair price, solid bike (semi) which easily carried me, mum mum and a small luggage. There is a small surcharge for taking the bike to Cat Ba and in case you want them to pick up the bike elsewhere. This was very convenient for me as they came to pick up the bike right where I took the bus back to Hanoi
