  The owner is extremely nice. The prices are fair. I rented both a regular, gasoline engine and an electric version. They were all in perfect condition, everything worked. The engines are clean. I recommend this place if you don't want to be disappointed.

  Came to explore this little beautiful island with my wife and had the pleasure to meet this lovely lady who seems to own this rental shop. She kindly met us both and gave us the last available scooter she had. Call it luck or something haha. Quickly showed us how to use it. Super friendly. Helms included. Had to sign some papers and leave the regular driver’s license which was totally fine because I already had my own international license with me. Overall, the quality of the bike and the service is good ✨

  We rented an electric scooter for 1 day trip to the north of CatBa. Rent process and return were both super quick and without any problems. I had to leave my driver license which was given back after the return (I do not know how it is usually done in Vietnam but for me it was not a problem). We gave back the moto with 37% battery left, so there was even more capacity to visit some other places. This was my first rent of a scooter in Vietnam and I can fully recommend it!

  Adding to the 5 stars because everything was so easy and the bikes were in great condition with good tread and breaks. Also very friendly staff and you only need to put down an ID e.g. Drivers licence We tried both the petrol and electric bikes. Fun in different ways.

  They were very friendly and had well maintained bikes to keep you safe. We went back twice! I recommended the gas over electric as it has more power going up hill (with 2 riders)

  I spent a great two days driving a bike from this agency. Super friendly staff, nice bikes, this Honda is my favorite one now! Plus the have phone holders which is very convinient! Fully recomend!

  Super cool staff, very nice & helpful! Super affordable rental. Easy process. Needs an ID for renting but theyre gonna give it back. They arent gonna scam you here. We would certainly go back again. PLUS THEY HAVE THE CUTEST PUPPY & KITTY EVER!

  We rented motorbikes on Cat Ba Island — took 3 scooters for 2 days. We left our driver’s licenses as a deposit and got a 20% discount right away, which was very nice. Later we decided to extend the rental for one more day. We contacted them via Facebook and they allowed us to extend without any advance payment. When returning the bikes, the owner didn’t even check them — everything is based on trust, no unnecessary claims or issues. Very comfortable and honest service. Highly recommended.
