  What an incredible cruise! We went out on a rather dreary day but that didn’t stop us. Our tour guide Tony was very kind and funny, regularly reminding us not to lose our possessions. Wonder what happened in the past 🤣 Everyone on the cruise was so lovely and from all over the world! The staff did a great job at accommodating to everyone and letting us roam wild while keeping safe and respectful. We even got to see the native langur! Would’ve been even better on a sunny day but we still had lots of fun! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  We signed up for the Ha Long Bay boat day trip and we had lots of fun! Swimming from the boat, kayaking, cycling to the village and Monkey island. The lunch was freshly cooked on the boat and delicious. There was fruit and snack near the end of the trip! It was such a great experience and great value for the money. We saw the same kind of tour costs 150k more in other travel agency. highly recommend this one!

  I took a day trip, and it turned out to be the best value for money after exploring several options. Mr. Ninh’s service was exceptional, clear, friendly, and in perfect English, and he wasn’t just trying to sell us something. Throughout the trip, we had Kai as our guide, and he was by far the best guide I’ve had in Vietnam. He shared fascinating insights into the history of each place, touched on ecological and economic problems, and gave us a local’s perspective, along with his personal views as both a Vietnamese and a guide. I’m truly grateful for this experience, it really stood out thanks to their warm, positive energy. Thank you so much for making my trip unforgettable!   We had an amazing full day cruise with CatBa Amazing travel! We went through Lan Ha Bay, Ha Long Bay, and did various activities such as kayaking, swimming near a secluded beach, cycling to viet hai village, and going by monkey island. Everything was included in the total tour price! I would recommend booking directly at their office for the best price.

  Today’s tour was an absolutely magical experience that I can highly recommend to anyone. The organization was impressive from the start, as the communication was top-notch and completely hassle-free, making me feel well taken care of throughout the entire process. Communication was perfect at every moment; our guide was incredibly and shared all the information clearly and with great passion. In CatBa there are many Tour Operators, so its not easy to decide. But after our Trip it is clear that these are true professionals who value quality and a personalized experience. A perfectly successful morning and definitely the highlight of my trip! Price was not negotiable but fair!

  A very enjoyable day of cruising through Lan Ha Bay, kayaking, swimming and cycling! Ninh is the tour guide who organises the tour, he can be contacted via WhatsApp and found in their office after he comes back from the tour in the evenings. He is really friendly, knowledgeable and is super quick at responding to messages and questions! The organisation of the tour is really good, you get picked up from your hotel and driven to the harbour. There you will meet Ninh, get given your ticket to leave the harbour, get on the boat and then start the day!! On the upstairs deck of the boat you can relax on the chairs and loungers whilst moving from one place to the next. The lunch is quite tasty! They cater well for vegetarians and people with dietary requirements which is always great. There is the option to buy beer and soft drinks. Stop 1: kayaking- you go through a few caves and lagoons. Super pretty! Stop 2: swimming- you jump off the boat and do a short swim to the beach. Then you crawl through a cave to the other side to another beach and do more swimming to another beach. Then you chill and swim back to the boat. For this being able to swim is important! Afterwards you eat lunch. Stop 3: cycling to Viet Hai Village- super fun and such a picturesque road. This also requires the ability to cycle and be physically fit. Others on the boat took the electric car. Stop 4: a quick jump from the boat and quick swim to the beach. This tour costs 450k and is 8am-5pm so very good value! As this is more affordable the boat isn’t as fancy as others however it is still comfy! The only thing I found strange is that there was a divide between Vietnamese people and the backpackers. For example we cycled to the village whilst everyone else took an electric car and with the swimming stops it was mostly backpackers who participated. It felt that many Vietnamese people spent the majority of time on the boat and had a different itinerary to us. This wasn’t a problem it just felt strange! I very much recommend this tour if you are feeling active and like to chill!

  We did the one full day boat tour and had such a great time! We were picked up & dropped off from our homestay even though it was a bit outside of Cat Ba town. We cruised around Lan Ha Bay and Halong Bay, went swimming and kayaking, cycling around the Viet Hai village and had the fish massage. The food was very good and there were vegetarian options. Ninh and the guide speak English well and are very kind. I would definitely recommend this tour!

  Amazing tour with Oliver and his crew members. Floating village one of the oldest in the world. Kayaking in a wonderful bay, snorkeling in an other one. Lunch on the boat absolutely delicious. Cycling in rice fields. I had a great day. I highly recommend this fantastic one day trip in beautiful Cat Ba.
