  I always have wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hai Phong. The service was truly exceptional. The team is incredibly devoted, always friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. What impressed me most was how they remembered guests’ names and personal preferences, which made the experience feel very warm and thoughtful. The property is also very clean and well maintained, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. Spectacular city outlook from Floor 7 is for those who love view. Another big advantag is the central location. There are many great local food options nearby, including eel noodle soup and stick baguette. It is also directly opposite one of the best coffee shops in town, 1986, which is a lovely spot to relax and work. From here, you can easily walk to Hai Phong Opera House and nearby herbal tea shops. For those who enjoy exercise or a morning walk, To Huu Flower Garden is also close by. This is a fantastic place with attentive service, a great location and a very welcoming atmosphere.   I had a great stay here. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. The location is excellent, very close to the museum and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Hải Phòng.

  Amazing apartment, amazing location and also amazing staff. Lady receptionist was so helpful. when I left my wallet in the taxi she contacted the car company and recovered it for me. Also the maids on the 7th floor was very effienct and tend to all needs. Also has a gym on the 7th floor which was also amazing and spacious. Would recommend to any and all people travelling to Hai phong. Ali

  I stayed here for 4 nights and everything in the room is clean and work like they should - which is usually not common in Vietnam at this price. Staff are very friendly also. I would come back and stay here again.

  My absolute place whenever I visit Haiphong. Super clean and convenient room with bedroom and kitchen separately. Great service. Very good location, you can easily reach many places in this lovely city. Highly recommend

  Ich habe vier Tage im “Phong Lan Apartments“ gewohnt und war sehr begeistert. Das Apartment ist im Gebäude einer Bank, es gibt die Möglichkeit, das Motorrad in die Garage zu stellen, das Sicherheitspersonal ist vor und im Gebäude 24 Stunden im Einsatz. Das Apartment ist neu, modern, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Ich wurde zum Kochen animiert, weil die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Die Dame an der Rezeption arbeitet sehr professionell, Preis zur Leistung ist perfekt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, 10 Gehminuten bis zur Oper, gegenüber der Wohnung ist ein sehr gutes Café und in der Straße gibt es gutes Street Food. Gerne wieder!
