  ​We recently had a wonderful dinner at Flame Grill & Bar, located on the 6th floor of the Mercure Hai Phong hotel, and it was an outstanding experience. ​The biggest highlight was the service; the staff were incredibly attentive, professional, and soft-spoken, making us feel genuinely well-cared for throughout the evening. ​The food was equally impressive, with every dish presented beautifully and prepared to perfection. We ordered a wide variety of items: ​Starters: We started with delicious bread and butter, and the salad and fruit bar were fresh and well-stocked. ​Mains: The traditional spring rolls and pumpkin soup were excellent starters. For our main courses, the steak, grilled salmon, and grilled beef (served with rice, soup, and kimchi) were all expertly cooked—tender and flavorful. ​Variety: We were also very pleased with the creamy pasta, the hearty burger, and the flavorful Bibimbap. ​The combination of sophisticated ambiance, top-tier service, and high-quality cuisine makes this spot highly recommended. It’s a perfect choice for anyone looking for a memorable meal in Hai Phong. We will definitely be returning!

  It's a bit of a maze getting to the restaurant. I think it's an elegant place without breaking the bank. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff are attentive (although they didn't speak much English). I thought the food was good, but I was left wanting a little more. For the price, I suppose it's fine.

  Had Dinner at Flame bar N grill and it was a great experience. The Manager at Flame was great and very helpful with food and drink recommendation. Food was really good and at a very good price point. Something I don't find anymore on Hai Phong. They have a free salad bar along with fruits and desserts with any food you order, which is amazing. Keep it up. Note they also do a great decoration corner for Birthdays and special occasions which is fantastic. A personal touch with lots of special treats.

  Nice restaurant inside Mercure Hotel. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, perfect for both casual and business meals. The food was well-prepared and nicely presented. Staff were friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable for a hotel restaurant

  Nhà hàng beef steak chất lượng 5 sao. Phục vụ nhiệt tình. Hơi nghiêng về menu Hàn Quốc một chút, đồ Hàn thì lại rất chuẩn vị. Tuy nhiên do các bạn nhân viên quá dễ thương nên xứng đáng được 5 sao. Đa phần là thịt bò Úc nhé mọi người. Đáng trải nghiệm. 5-star steakhouse with a Korean twist. The Australian beef is high-quality and the Korean dishes are truly authentic. Above all, the staff is incredibly lovely and helpful. Highly recommended.

  Nhà hàng phục vụ các món Tây trên tầng 6 tòa nhà SHP. Món bít tết đoàn mình gọi khá ngon, vừa miệng. Các món ăn kèm chất lượng cũng ổn. Từ tầng 6 nhìn ra xung quanh, xuống phố Lạch Tray khá đẹp. Tuy nhiên thời gian lên món hơi lâu nên mọi người phải chờ.
