  Newly opened Italian restaurant in Haiphong! Authentic food and atmosphere ✨ I highly recommend the Caprese salad. The chef and owner is extremely friendly. He went to Toscana, fell in love with the culture there and has opened this restaurant. I’m impressed by his personal story. Definitely coming back 👍🏻

  Food was great and the place felt cozy. The staff were friendly. Service was a bit slow (probably short-staffed), but it’s not a big problem. The cream noodles were seriously good!

  I had a great experience at this restaurant. The chef is not only talented but also very handsome with a charming smile. The music and ambiance were on point, though the first floor was a bit warm, likely due to its proximity to the kitchen. The food was excellent, especially the pizza, which I’d rank among Haiphong's top three. A small suggestion, it will be great to see more different type of dishes on the menu!

  I had a wonderful experience at Toscana Restaurant in Hai Phong. I ordered the burrata salad and the 250g Angus steak, and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The quality of the ingredients was evident, and everything was cooked perfectly. The steak, in particular, was tender, flavorful, and exactly as I requested. What truly made the experience special, however, was the service. The staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely caring. They consistently checked to make sure everything was to my liking, and their warm, welcoming attitude made the whole evening feel very comfortable and enjoyable. Although I didn’t try the pasta or pizza, I could see several pizzas coming out of the wood-fired oven, and they looked fantastic. The cornichione was beautifully puffed and characteristic of authentic Neapolitan-style pizza. I highly recommend Toscana Restaurant to anyone in Hai Phong looking for high-quality Italian food and exceptional service. I will definitely be coming back!

  Best Italian restaurant in Hai Phong: cozy vibe and top notch food quality. Owner and staffs are very thoughtful and friendly. I would say it’s a great place for couple, family or small group of friends. Price is a bit higher than other pizza restaurant, but trust me, you pay for what you get. My family will definitely come back in the future.

  Chance upon this nice, cosy italian restaurant in Haiphong, the food was simply delicious. I'm not a big fan of Italian cuisine, but that changes for sure after a meal here. Friendly service staff and the owner, surprisingly, a Korean, was simply good at his traits. Highly recommended when in Haiphong.

  Everything you’ve read about this beautiful restaurant is true! The chef is extremely welcoming (I was originally sat at a smaller table for just myself and he offered for me to sit at a much larger table for a better view of the kitchen/dining room - the most caring touch) and passionate about his creations. The staff is just as friendly and wonderful. The bolognese was perfect I witnessed another patron get the spaghetti tossed in a cheese wheel (the chef comes out and does this table side himself) and it looked delicious! Limoncello to finish off the dinner was great! Highly recommend for delicious Italian and wonderful dining experience in Vietnam :)

  Absolutely furious and disappointed. Took my family here because we were staying at the hotel next door and needed a decent meal. Big mistake. We sat down, ordered both food and drinks then waited 40 minutes. Not a single thing was served. Not even water. Our kids were crying thirsty, and still, no drinks came out first. When I went to check, the kitchen was complete chaos, staff running around like headless chickens, forgetting orders left and right, while the poor head chef was the only one actually doing anything. The restaurant wasn’t even full, it was a normal Saturday night, so there’s absolutely no excuse for this level of incompetence. I finally had enough, decided to leave, and still paid for everything, including food that never even made it to the table. The restaurant tried to offer a 10% discount as if that was doing me a favor, what an insult. Bonus insult: when we got back, we found out our takeaway (cold steak, seafood pasta, and lasagna) came with no cutlery. None. So now we’re stuck with a bag of cold food we can’t even eat. This place is a total disaster — disorganized, careless, and utterly disrespectful to paying customers. Never again.
